I went to the Goodwill today to return some items. These items did not fit. I still had the tags on them. I had the receipt but because the barcode was ripped off the lady would not let me exchange them Even though I was buying more items....highly disappointed and don't know if I'll go back ?

*This review isn't to be confused with the smaller goodwill located in Norco. This is for the larger (newer) goodwill near the public library.* I've donated to this location a lot over the last couple years and sadly almost every time, the employees in the donation area are not friendly at all. There have been comments made in rude tones when my husband or I haven't heard the employees right away ("I guess you didn't hear me we're not taking your item") simple mistake, especially when everyone has masks on-Which is great! but makes it a little harder to hear. Employees have rummaged through our things in front of us making sounds like "ehh" or "oooh that's what I'm looking for" and said to each other what they were going to take for themselves which just feels weird to me. I know goodwill as a company isn't the most ethical anyway so I'll be donating to women's/family shelters from now on. I've never been inside this store to shop so I can't speak on the inside but the donation center isn't great.

As mentioned in most reviews, nice store inside, a few nice workers. Shorter white girl in 40s/50s in the back who handles donations that wears a mask is extremely rude. Closed the door on me and didn’t give me the time of day. Just tried to donate stuff so you can keep your job lady and make others happy. Very rude

I came to this place for donation. I got a tons of clothes that I don't wear anymore, as well as kid toys. Found this location, call them up ahead of time. They said they are still available for taking donations. Timeframe for donation is between 10am - 5pm. I got there around 4pm. They were not busy, the lady even came out to my car and help me bring the donation inside. At the end, she also offer to give me the donation receipt for tax deduction. Great service, definitely will come back to this location if I have more to donate.

The new manager at this Norco Goodwill deserves a raise. She’s a hard worker and makes sure the the customer is the most important person in the building and her staff was dynamite too.Thank you Karina and Katie for making our shopping experience so great. You both deserve a raise.

I tried this particular location to donate and support the community numerous times. I am done, I give up now. Waste of time just because the people that work in the back where they accept donations or not to accepts Employees are not helpful. Always have reason not to accept your donations. If you want to donate goodies for people in your community Norco, corona just skip this place and go to Salvation Army location. At least the person in the Salvation Army location, appreciates for your support.

Called to see if they are currently accepting clothes donation which the girl who answered the phone said they are and to go ahead and go to the back of the building and the donation center is there to help me. I drove there and come to find out, a guy came out telling and another lady that was there that they are currently not accepting donations. waste of my time and gas but this is what I get when I ignore bad reviews and give locations like this a chance.

It would be recommend to post separate hours of operation for the donation side. I was told by an employee they stopped taking donations at 5pm & the store closes at 9pm. No where online or at the store is this posted. Wasted gas & time for this trip.

I wasn't too impressed by the selection at this Goodwill. At others, I've atleast walked out with an item; if its clothing or something random but that was not the case here. Others had carts full of clothes so perhaps its more of a personal preference at this point but I didn't find anything worth purchasing. They have racks and racks of clothes. Everything is labeled as accurately as possible I'd say. Some things I was curious about I lost interest in after looking at the price. Some things were crazy expensive. So expensive I thought to myself I was better off going to Target and buying it new. Not too sure who is in charge of pricing but some things were unreasonable, and I didn't bother. Don't see myself coming back here even if it is my local goodwill.

I have to come & review. So Goodwill is suppose to be low LOW cost! Thats why people donate the things they no longer want but over the past 3 years their prices have skyrocketed! Seriously many used items are more expensive here at good will than brand new at the dollar tree even Wal-Mart has better deals! THATS INSANE! So I use to go here when my daughter was younger to get read deals, and save money because a mom of 3 young daughters with only 1 average household income its very tough. I would always donate what my daughters grew out of because its supposed to help another family in need as well. But I stopped going 4 years already because the prices are ridiculous! Please change the management and put low prices its GOODWILL for God sake. They are suppose to help the low income & give better deals than Wal-Mart & dollar tree. I hope they change their prices soon. Even Halloween costumes are more expensive than Wal-Mart! For now I'm done with this Goodwill. SAVERS in Riverside is better than this goodwill even the salvation army in Corona is better than this Goodwill.

Since their opening I have tried to support this location with my donations. But I have to say the employees that collect the donations are some of the rudest people I have come across. Even with my past bad experiences, I gave them another try today, but again, I was met with a rude employee.I will not be supporting this location anymore and will make the drive to the location in Corona whom I am always greeted with kindness.

Avoid this location! Attempted to donate 3 bags of clothing in the back and when i knocked on the LOCKED door during business hours and was laughed at for knocking a 2nd time. By the 3rd round of knocking, she finally opens the door and lets me donate my items. When i drop the last bag down and i say "that's all i've got, thank you." she replies with "k, then. Bye." Probably the rudest interaction i've ever had in what's supposed to be a professional establishment. If there was an option for zero stars, i'd give it to them
