The new manager at this Norco Goodwill deserves a raise. She’s a hard worker and makes sure the the customer is the most important person in the building and her staff was dynamite too.Thank you Karina and Katie for making our shopping experience so great. You both deserve a raise.

I tried this particular location to donate and support the community numerous times. I am done, I give up now. Waste of time just because the people that work in the back where they accept donations or not to accepts Employees are not helpful. Always have reason not to accept your donations. If you want to donate goodies for people in your community Norco, corona just skip this place and go to Salvation Army location. At least the person in the Salvation Army location, appreciates for your support.

Pretty large Goodwill location featuring a fairly good selection housewares & electronics in addition to the usual abundance of clothing found at nearly all locations. The store is kept clean and the staff have always been pleasent. As far as prices go, they have some of the lowest in the secondhand marketplace and most items I find are in excellent to mint condition. As a maker and extreme tinkerer this is usually my first stop when I need a microwave oven transformer or wheels and electric motors etc.

Since their opening I have tried to support this location with my donations. But I have to say the employees that collect the donations are some of the rudest people I have come across. Even with my past bad experiences, I gave them another try today, but again, I was met with a rude employee.I will not be supporting this location anymore and will make the drive to the location in Corona whom I am always greeted with kindness.

I have to come & review. So Goodwill is suppose to be low LOW cost! Thats why people donate the things they no longer want but over the past 3 years their prices have skyrocketed! Seriously many used items are more expensive here at good will than brand new at the dollar tree even Wal-Mart has better deals! THATS INSANE! So I use to go here when my daughter was younger to get read deals, and save money because a mom of 3 young daughters with only 1 average household income its very tough. I would always donate what my daughters grew out of because its supposed to help another family in need as well. But I stopped going 4 years already because the prices are ridiculous! Please change the management and put low prices its GOODWILL for God sake. They are suppose to help the low income & give better deals than Wal-Mart & dollar tree. I hope they change their prices soon. Even Halloween costumes are more expensive than Wal-Mart! For now I'm done with this Goodwill. SAVERS in Riverside is better than this goodwill even the salvation army in Corona is better than this Goodwill.

Avoid this location! Attempted to donate 3 bags of clothing in the back and when i knocked on the LOCKED door during business hours and was laughed at for knocking a 2nd time. By the 3rd round of knocking, she finally opens the door and lets me donate my items. When i drop the last bag down and i say "that's all i've got, thank you." she replies with "k, then. Bye." Probably the rudest interaction i've ever had in what's supposed to be a professional establishment. If there was an option for zero stars, i'd give it to them

Horrible service. We were turned away from the Goodwill donation center at Norco after trying to donate 6 large bags of cloths and toys. We were told they are not accepting cloths or toys because their bin was full. What kind of donation center turns you away? I will never bother donating anything at a good will donation center.Horrible, horrible service and bad attitude from the associate.

I visited this location a few days ago. It was my first time being in this area and at this Goodwill location. The first put-off was the appearance of the outside. It looked old, rundown, and I questioned whether it was open or not. I saw people moving about inside and decided to go in. Once I walked in there was three employees standing by the register. They all watched me walk in, blinked, and kept talking as if I wasn’t there. Okay fine, it’s Goodwill I don’t expect top shelf service so I proceeded to look around anyway. The space was small so there wasn’t much to it. I quickly glanced at the clothing since that is what I was most interested in and saw some of the prices on the tags. Nearly everything, even a plain Hanes T-shirt was priced at $7.99 no matter the condition. It didn’t take me long to feel like this spot was as unwelcoming as it appeared from the outside. I won’t be back here. Not worth the time/effort.

Parking is terrible but this is an easy place to drop off old clothes and stuff.

We had an entire apartment to donate items, as we use a U-Haul truck to deliver them. They successfully allowed us to donate everything, except hangers and a mattress - completely understandable.I was super grateful that we are able to align the ramp with the front door of the donation center and we unloaded the entire truck within 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly, generous and very nice.

No a convenient Goodwill location to drop off stuff at all. Parking is super limited and there is usually a line to drop things off. It took me over 20 minutes standing outside with things I wanted to donate. The donations receiving area is super tiny and I feel the pain employees may have to go through managing and sorting everything away in a super tiny limited space. I hope management considers making a change for working conditions for those hardworking folks as they felt pretty overwhelmed!

Definitely a donation center first and a place to shop for DVDs and books second.Bring your donations sorted into housewares, clothes, and books/media. There are large baskets for each inside. We had 5 giant, mixed boxes of donations, and the very helpful workers kindly offered to sort them for us after we left as it was nearing closing time. I wish I had sorted them first to save them the work! The actual shopping section has a wall of DVDs and games, a small section for clothing, and wrap-around wall shelving for housewares. Super helpful employees!

Wow what a shockingly great goodwill! Friendly staff, incredibly organized, and I felt very safe the entire time. Possibly myFavorite goodwill in the area if you’re looking for books and home decor items - much less picked over.

Love this little gem! The staff is great and friendly. I hadn't been for a few months and decided to go earlier today. Sadly, the book setup is completely different and is now color coordinated rather than how it used to be which was by genre and also alphabetized. If the books were changed back to how they used to be it would be a 5 star review! I was so overwhelmed by the new setup that I left with only one cookbook and I used to leave with at least 5 books from different genres every time.
