The customer service was amazing and the pharmacist was so knowledgeable. They even had a cane that I needed. This is now the pharmacy we will be using.

I've been going Pharmco since I was a kid. The previous owner, Larry, was so kind that it made me always want to use a small, independent pharmacy. Sadly, I am now going to CVS/Rite Aid for convenience. Pharmco is no longer open on weekends and they simply aren't reliable. There is no voicemail or website, and they do not post revised hours on their front doors. You just gotta cross your fingers and hope they're open. Like today, I'm miserably sick and my prescription is stuck in limbo until they open because they're closed on a Monday without any communication to their customers.

Very welcoming pharmacy. The staff is helpful with all medications and getting authorization with insurance. I love that they follow up with any questions you may have.

This is by far the BEST pharmacy!!! I would give them 10 ⭐'s !!! You never have to wait they fill your prescription immediately and the staff is outstanding !! I moved 1 1/2 hours away and tried CVS and was highly disappointed with the service. I switched back to Pharmco Pharmacy it was worth the drive .. It is by far the BEST Pharmacy I highly recommend them!!

I am really disappointed. Twice I have tried to bring my business here and twice I am disappointed. I am sure if the owner or pharmacist knew how things were being handled over the phone, I may try one more time. I really hate going to the big guys and Pharmco is the only independent in Norco. I WANT to bring my business here. First time I called about taking my Rx there I was told it was difficult and I should probably use a different pharmacy. I get it, it is for a controlled substance and no one likes to give info over the phone, but when I offered to email a copy of my RX over so she could see it was real, she just said I should go elsewhere. The second time I tried taking my business to Pharmco, I called 15 minutes prior to closing time. I asked if I could still drop my Rx off to them. I even explained that I was a new customer. Promptly the woman explained that they do the end of day inventory at 5:55 pm and she would not have time to take my new RX. She never even asked if I needed it back tonight or what it was for. I am in the pharmaceutical business. I sell generics to small independent stores like this one so I know that everyone struggles to compete with the Walgreens, CVS, and Riteaids of America. I enjoy using smaller community stores and keeping my business local. How can I though when all I hear is NO. I know it is the same person that has answered the phone each time, or at least it sounds like the same person. I hope they read this review. I really would like to take my business there but not just because I don't want to do business with the chain stores. I would also like it to be because it makes sense and I like them too.

The service is quick and efficient here. The only complaint is their hours. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve they close at 12:00 Noon with no answering machine advising their customers of the holiday hours. There is also nothing online with holiday hours. IT showed 7pm on google. If you open at 9am and are leaving at noon, why even bother coming in!?

I used to go to Walmart for my meds. Thinking I was saving a buck.BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! Nothing was ever ready on time.Leaving you to only sit and wait for 45min , or walk around the store. As we all know, the fee for wandering around is anywhere from 100/300 dollars. I overheard two of the pharmacy staff saying that is what mgmt. has them do intentionally . Pharmco is the best!!!! great staff and everything is ready when they say it will be. I thank my lovely bride Mickey for showing me the light.. Bryan Nichols
