Just took my daughter for a trim, hair dresser recommended not to wash hair, because you shouldn't wash hair everyday. My daughter likes to wash her hair everyday. So she didn't wash my daughters hair. Hairdresser must of had a cold, cleaning her nose and touching my daughters hair while cutting. Didn't wash hands before starting and did bother wearing a mask. We had a horrible experience

I went in today to get highlights to my hair since I wanted a change! I called before hand and they managed to have 2 cancellations for color, so I was able to be seen! Felicia is the stylist that did my hair! She was so personable and made the 2 hours I was in there go by so fast! I told her what I wanted, she pulled up some reference pictures and highlighted my hair like the one I had envisioned. Other places changed, when I checked close to 200 dollars to do what I wanted - Fantastic Sam's was only 135 and that was for partial highlights, a small trim up, and toner. I was really impressed and again Felicia was amazing!! I made sure to get her name so I could leave her this review!

I asked Lisa to shave the back of my neck because I wanted to get rid of unwanted baby hairs. She told me it was weird and not normal and didn't want to do it. After going back and fourth with her for about 5 minutes she finally agreed to do it. She had a horrible attitude about it and was very rough and rushed with the clippers and cut me. She didn't shave it like I asked and she also didn't layer my hair like I asked her to in the beginning. She proceeded to make rude comments about me to my sister who also got a haircut from her. She was very rude, judgemental and has horrible customer service skills.

Horrible experience on Saturday 5/20/23, at Hidden Valley in Norco. I told the stylist I wanted a 1/2 inch off the length and I wanted it all one length since I wear my hair in a bob. She decided to dry cut my hair. I've never had my hair cut dry before but went along with it. What a mistake. I specifically asked for all one length but the back was longer than the sides. AND SHE CUT AN INCH OFF THE LENGTH (not the 1/2 inch I requested). But the worst part was what she did to me with the shears. She literally cut the skin at the back of my neck!! I have a raised red welts at the base of my hair line. I wondered why she didn't give me a mirror so I could see the back of my head and then rushed me out of the chair. When I got home, I saw how badly she cut me with the shears and the welts continued to get more painful for the entire rest of the day. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! The absolute worst hair cut ever. How hard is it to cut a damn bob. I don't know her name (she never introduced herself) but you know who you are. And you're not a stylist!! You're a butcher.M.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment, waited about 20 minutes for a simple 1 inch trim off the ends and a blowdry. I was worried that too much would be cut because you can say "just a trim" and more will be cut. But Griselda reassured me she would only cut what I asked for. I felt completely comfortable with her and she did just what i asked. My hair looked great. Shampoo, Nice trim on ends, curtain bangs and a blowdry for $50. I have very long thick hair. I will definitely return when I need a trim again.Services: Blowdry
