She was very understanding and took the time to hear me out and help me with my medical needs. All my questions and concerns were answered. Her team was fast in rooming. I want to give a special thanks to her medical assistant Yesenia. She was fast on answering my calls and messages regarding labs and prescriptions. She was very supportive and patient with me. “If you want to get proper care this is the place. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis as well as a few other health issues and for over a year I was struggling to get proper treatment I randomly got on Google defeated to look up drs in my area. I found this office made my first appointment and during that appointment I had more information and help than any other dr had provided I felt heard I wasn’t rushed I wasn’t a number to them I’m a person there and they care I have nothing but amazing things to say and I will never go anywhere else. Also, the staff being kind and caring matters a lot due to some mental disorders I have. The staff and doctors at Chino Family Medical Group are beyond outstanding. They have always been so kind, this is the one doctors office I have been in my life where I absolutely am so thankful for the awesome doctors! They really take their time to talk to you and hear what’s going on. They answer a million questions I may have and unlike even the hospitals, they thoroughly examine you and do all tests you may need. For me, that's what a good and through dr. does. Not only is he a great dr. , the clinic is superbly ran by a thorough, kind staff. Dr. Azar is very knowledgeable and completely explains what's happening regarding my health and what the next step is to take. Vista Urgent Care is also expertly ran too. “I was referred to this group of physicians by an employee from Radnet Imaging Riverside. And I'm so lucky she did that for me. The team here at Riverside Family Physicians Medical Group are by far the kindest, most professional and experienced and trustworthy doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are what doctors should be. Since I've moved to the inland area I've been needing an intelligent doctor. And I finally found them. This office also has a Palliative program which helps me, since my breast cancer diagnosis. They can send a nurse or medical assistant to visit patients at home. I can also reach them by texting or sending a message - and someone always answers. It doesn't take long for a response to reach a doctor or nurse. This doctors group has 2 offices and many different doctors. I've even been able to have a virtual appointment, which is even better. That's on my home computer. Everyone already knows how compassionate and thorough all the employees are here.”
