I recently purchased a $100 Vanilla Visa Gift card for my mother on May 12th at the Norco CVS Pharmacy On Hidden Valley Parkway address 1101 Hidden Valley Pkwy Norco Ca, 92860 my mom just tried using the gift card today and it shows a $0 balance. I believe employees at this store are committing fraud because on 6/1/2024 the card number was used at a gas station this is the second time I’ve purchased a card from this same location and the card had no balance even though I have printed receipt from the store and have receipt with Apple Card account I called into this store and spoke with the Manager Denise, she was very rude and said there is nothing she can do about it and said we keep the Visa Gift Cards behind the counter now even though there was 100 of them out on display where the gift cards are so I would think if I walked up to the counter with a Visa Gift Card that has its own shelf and pricing on display a employee at that store should not take the card from me charge me and scan the card if they know they have them behind the shelf correct? I contacted the Federal Trade Commission, Goldman Sachs and a lawyer in regards to this scam this place is running, also the gas station the card was used at is supplying my lawyer with footage of who is using these gift cards so the employees here better hope it’s not them…

Thanks to Jason G. in pharmacy , a 5 min inquiry on my insurance and coverage proves that Walgreens is inaccurate about my prescription coverage and 2. I knew I wasn't crazy. I'll be back ?.
And fyi pharmacists here at CVS at least smile and appear to enjoy their job. That goes a long way for customers

Customer service is always excellent. I appreciate that the store shelves are fully stocked and the store is always clean.

The pharmacy staff has been extremely helpful and they are always very friendly. I unfortunately have multiple prescription and some are hard to fill. They have been great about helping me get them and dealing with my insurance.

Sandra is a terrible cashier. She lied and says they don't have store credit card for a refund. She also didn't know how to use the cash register to process a return. She called the manager and he was nice enough to do everything for me correctly. She had attitude the entire time helping me. I was trying to make things easier for her but she kept shutting me down and was extremely rude. I've never encountered such a cashier with such bad attitude before. I'll never come back to this cvs.

I was using the CVS Anaheim Hills location for a really long time then decided to switch to the norco pharmacy a couple years after I moved here. As with every other cvs I've dealt with they will make a like out of one person, treat you as an interruption - rarely even make eye co tact with you and don't even bother hiding their all rent dislike off customers and likely their job. This particular cvs doesn't seem to stock much medication to boot, so everything is a 'special order' I ended up switching back to the original cvs simply for this reason , but have notified my dr that I'm switching to another company altogether . I don't get how a company that is so bad to its customers is still on business. I'm guessing it's at least in part to the tremendous markup on medications providing them with huge profit margins and the aging of the populous bringing in more new customers than they're losing. This company has a myriad is systemic problems that they clearly couldn't care less about unless or until they start losing enough business to force them to make changes

This store was good, but it does need some cleaning and more organizing to make people come here to do shopping. It'll also increase foot traffic to make this store keep running the business. I’m a regular customer at CVS on Hidden Valley in Corona. On June 13th I visited the store to do some shopping. I bought two bottles of wine and a dog bed. I checked out with my credit card. The clerk did not ask me if I wanted a bag before checking out. I asked if she could bag the wine. She said if would be $.10. She held up the line for 10 minutes because she didn’t have change for $100 bill. I ask if I could bring the $.10 back on my next visit. She said I will need to call my manager because I can’t give you a bag for free. I told her I was not asking for a free bag I offer to pay. she made me feel like I wanted to steal a $.10 bag.

The pharmacist always looks at me like I'm rude for walking up to the drop off. Doesn't say hello , or how he can help me . Also I don't know if it's like a personal/political preference of this location but they never have Covid tests . Just wish they would be more welcoming. Feels like they want nothing to do with me . I wouldn't get your meds here to be honest if your gonna want to ask questions.
