I went in for a personal matter, was serviced by Karen Estrada. She had to call internally, she was constantly insulting me while on her call to figure out my issue, raised her voice to interrupt while I was asking questions, started yelling at me at one point, and kept making snarky remarks all throughout. Obviously she's highly incompetent to even engage in a civil conversation, let alone be around people handling sensitive matters. I guess citi is so desperate to hire just anybody. Terrible service and highly unprofessional service at this location!

Absolutely has been 5 Star service during COVID and ever since. Chase on Hidden Valley was horrible enough for us to withdraw all of our money and open an account at Citi bank at that location. We've received at most customer service from the get-go. Every single time we go there, there is no line, and if there is, they open more tellers, customer service does their best to service us for our special requests and Karen has just been exceptional today with advising us with more options to get the most for our money. Absolutely has been awesome to be part of Citibank family.

There's a reason why this place only has 2 stars. Every time I have to walk into this location, I get anxiety because I'm anticipating a horrible experience and without fail it's the norm. The employees need a complete refresh on all policies and positive customer service interactions. I'm giving 2 stars as one of the tellers actually knew how to interact with customers.

I have been reporting an instance of potential fraud to CitiBank for several years. Calls, letter,and emails go unanswered and the potential fraud continues. I am not a Customer of this bank and would never be a Customer given the total lack of attention to an instance of potential fraud. The bank's fraud department, Customer Service Department, Credit Card Department, etc. are all aware of the issue and still no action to address the potential fraud.

No lines, no greetings and my schedule appt at 2pm today 8/17 but my banker is having her lunch break somewhere while I am waiting. I walked out after waiting for 10 min. Very disappointed!

No lines, no greetings and my schedule appt at 2pm today 8/17 to open new checking account and cd account but my banker is having her lunch break somewhere while I am waiting. I walked out after waiting for 15 min. Very disappointed! Cannot believe the 2 bankers didn't bother to come and ask how I am doing or where is my appt banker.

As far as I understand, it was this branch (though then Security Pacific Bank) that became the “victim” of the George Smith gang on May 9, 1980. A famous case is the Norco Bank Robbery. However, years later, a shootout in North Hollywood overshadowed this robbery and the subsequent police chase after the bank robbers.
