This bank really cares about appearance. Look how filthy their drive-thru ATM. It seems Everytime I come back, it gets worse. Now they even recycle bottles?? Good job keeping your ATM clean. Have you heard of a pressure wash? That will come in handy.

Maria Rodriguez is the worst chase banker I met. She is so proud and bad attitude towards me. waste my time and took a long time to process the transaction!!! Bad Chase service and bad Maria Rodriguez!!!never comeback!!!Chase bank should fire her ASAP !!!! She was sing the song during my transaction. That is so unprofessional!!! I never have seen such employee in any bank!!!! It’s really back experience!!!!

Business accounts aren’t welcomed here.Well not if you’re 8min late and your new Chase business banker is Martin, apparently his time is more precious than the customers he’s supposed to serve.Glad US Bank took us in on the spot so we can start doing business immediately.

Was depositing like usual, some employee there instantly recanted her evident readily availability to help me set up a savings account and instead scheduled me far into the distant apocalyptic future with someone else. It's like, um, don't worry lady, I'm not trying to socialize, and now I can't even call to cancel because everything is automated or supposedly too busy.It wasn't too busy when I was there.Everyone else there is extremely nice though.If I have this problem getting a credit card that I'm puportedly eligible for, I'll have to try Altura just because of that one employee. I don't even want to deal with or burden Her.As for the best and most pleasant employee there, I believe Her name is Victoria.

If you can avoid going here… do! The branch on Ontario and Main in Corona is so much better! You will be treated like a valued customer instead of a number.

If I could give this branch a ZERO star review, I WOULD! To start, Martin Ramos was late to my appointment and had told me to move away from his office ( I was sitting near) because he was meeting with a client, me. Went to open a business account and credit line and none of that was accomplished. I was told by customer support that a application was not even filed in the first place. And I did not have the patience to sit with him to open the business account. I WILL NEVER come back to this branch ever again. Steer clear!

I have had a business account at Chase for 10 years. Service has steadily declined and it now takes an act of congress to just get a document notarized. Unfortunately all the big banks are the same. Thinking about finding a small local bank that would value my business as a customer.

Bad experience with chase. I opened a new account, tried to move some money from another bank, but chase cancelled my transaction and locked my new account. Spent hours on a phone trying to unlock it without success

Can't downvote this place enough....Martin Ramos does not value customers, or their time. I was told that my time is less important than other customers that may walk in.Went in today, the only day I could due to work, to change my name. The teller said she could do it at the window because "it doesn't take that long," but her "manager" said not to.Talked to a banker named Martin Ramos. He tells me there is no manager there today. Strange...So turns out Martin Ramos simply told the teller not to do it because he doesn't want the line to get long. Basically telling me that serving my banking needs is less important than anyone else that walks in.Complained to corporate about Martin Ramos, nothing will probably happen, looks like the manager and Martin are related (same last name, nepotism much?)

OMGawd ! worst customer service EVER. the manager is non existent, i've had multiple issues and every time i've asked to see or talk to the manager. yeah right!! they've taken my number I've never got a phone call I've emailed her and never got an email back. The last time I was in there I came in earlier in the day and got $100010 $100 bills. I came back later with other cash that I wanted them to count and convert into 50s they then told me that the hundred dollar bill that they given me earlier was counterfeit and confiscated it meantime I'm out $100. Where is the manager again.? Like I said nonexistent stay out of this one there's another one up the road that board treat you magnificently this place is horrid
