I contacted Boss Auto Glass regarding a cracked windshield and engaged in conversation with Hoss. Hoss provided me with a competitive price for a replacement windshield. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment and he came by the following day. Throughout the process, Hoss demonstrated helpfulness and transparency, reassuring me by indicating that the replacement windshield was the same manufacturer. The service was completed efficiently within a two-hour timeframe.

Gerry, the service writer did not disappoint.
He was very informative about what was going on with the situation and was open and honest about what could happen, and what was to be expected.
I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet Moving forward. Obviously, if I decide to get the car fixed. It's gonna be with them, but if anything like this happens again. I know exactly where I'm coming back.

They dealt with my insurance company and took all the hassle off of me .

“I build custom Street Rods and Low Riders for a living everything must be perfect. I also have O.C.D for those of you who know what that means, everything in my world must be done to perfection. My Wifes 2018 Toyota 4Runner needed a Front Windshield installed. I wanted a Crown Toyota Mechanic to install it for me. Crown Toyota Service Team explained to me that they use Prime Glass in Ontario for their Glass installation and to call them. I was hesitant to use an after-market Glass Installer. I called Prime Glass and Marrisa worked with me as far scheduling them come to my house for installation. A young man by name of Pete came out and installed a flawless piece of Glass in my 4Runner. Pete did a perfect install job of my Windshield. he paid very close attention to Moldings and Trim pieces not being distorted or damaged. I have delt with a lot of glass companies in the past some of which have damage Mouldings in the installation process and the glass sometimes is not that great. To the Owners of Prime Glass your Employees Marrisa and Journeyman Installer Pete are Very good at what they do. Give them a Bonus. I will be telling my Friends and Family members to call Prime for our Automotive Glass Needs.”
