I bought a new car last week and Miguel was so helpful and patient. I didn't feel any pressure while choosing a car and I was given the space to take a couple days to think about it without being bombarded with messages. He made sure I had the correct accessories needed for my vehicle and responded in a timely manner.

Wasn't going to leave a bad review as I thought my issues were fixed but they weren't. 6 months ago on October 2023. I purchased a Infiniti through them and had many issues when dealing with this dealership. When I inspected the car it was making a weird noise under the car by the catalytic converter area. They assured me that the noise would be taken care of even if it was the cat. I ended up getting the car and they supposedly took care of the noise. After Driving 2 hours back home (this dealer was 2 hours away from me) I started to hear a rattling noise again within a week. Getting ahold of anyone was very hard and I was getting left on seen and sometimes they wouldn't even look at my message. The car salesman I was working with at the time was David. I ended up getting the managers info and I called him to ask for help as I wanted the noise sorted out. He told me they could fix it and so I had to drive back up there again. I went a total of 3x after purchasing the car just to deal with this issue. Had to call out of work and wasted so much gas. 6 months later I have driven the car 1k miles during that span as my car is garaged and now the noise is back. I took it to the Infiniti dealer and they told me that the catalytic converter was defective and it was going to cost about 1.7k to replace. California motors never fixed the issue and now I'm left with having to pay what they didn't fix in the first place. Don't go here. Do yourself a favor and read all the reviews on here. They all speak about the same thing for a reason so stay away from here even if they have the car that you really want. Horrible communication and they just want to do a quick sale. All the cars they sell have a problem, read the reviews and you'll see many people have issues with the car they buy. Good luck asking them to sort a problem out they will make it really hard to contact them and even after you go in for a fix they will have you sitting HOURS waiting for your car to get worked on.

My wife was doing an approval for a Lexus, for my father in law, Miguel was assigned to help us online bc we were out in Orange County. He wouldn't follow up with us didn't even try on helping us. Very rude and disrespectful and a waste of our time. We had to be contacting him about how things were going, he wanted around 5k down on a 17000 dollar car witch was redicoulus, bc I just came back from HB Jeep and got a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with 1000 down priced at 28000. So were they only interested in the down payment? More money for them to keep? If I can give a negative stars I would. Thanks for nothing California Motor Trade Of Norco

I give this business a ZERO out five.. They lied and told me everything I wanted to hear so I can purchase the car. I was $200 shy for my down payment and they wouldn't let me leave till I got it. I was 3 hours late to work. They charged me like over $1000 that I didn't even sign for but somehow it was on my contract. They told me that I they were going to get my the front emblem for my car and they never did. I had to spend over $200 to get one I told him I didn't want the car and they convinced me to keep it... Ill be paying more then $30,000 I pay almost $500 a month for a car that doesn't even run. I guess I signed something in my contract that says I can't sue them for selling me a messed up car so now I'm stuck with this useless car. Don't get me twisted I can get rid of the car... By getting it car repossessed which will ruin my credit that's the only way out of this horrible deal. CALIFORNIA MOTOR TRADE is the worst ever I would never recommend anybody to this place don't ever buy a car here cause you're gonna get screwed over like I did. Seriously I hope somebody reads this and listens before you yourself get screwed over. CALIFORNIA MOTOR TRADE saw a woman that did not know or understand what she's signing and they took advantage of me. I regret ever going to this business. I'm not over exaggerating at all whatsoever so please if you read this, I promise you if you purchase a car from this business guarantee you they will do everything possible to screw you over to.

I WISH I could give it 0 starts, first of all the car here are literal dog shit, I purchased a car from their sister dealer and said they could transport so they did but when they did 1. The engine was missing oil not to mention it was shakey 2. Tires were almost bald 3. Brakes make a loud noise 4. Horn and alarm system doesn't work 5. No spare tire Now the other dealer fixed the car but it has been 5 days already and not to mention when I called this dealership since the other dealer sent the car over to fix the remaining things, they gave me attitude when all I wanted was to know about the car and they claimed I'm harassing them (keep in mind I called once and had to recall because the line has disconnected when an associate put me on hold) when all I asked was for an update on MY CAR that I will be paying for and already bought. Why sell cars that are not working?

Buying a car was a bit of a hassle. I put down a ton of cash for a certain car that was there for a month after I paid for them to try and fix it. Thankfully another car came onto their lot that I decided to buy. Upon leaving the dealership, my tire pressure in one of my tires kept going low. I informed the salesman but when you have already bought the car I believe they dont really care about the customer after that. I have to now fill up that tire every other day, which is a pain. Also the windshield washer motor was broken, leaving me with more I need to pay for on my own. The service interval came up after driving it a short while as well. Im not very satisfied with the experience.

Very disappointed with the management didn't get our registration for months, it was really hard to contact with them. Found out they didn't even send out the registration ti DMV! Please note that don't buy from them they will never answer after your purchase & most of them will be left their jobs

You can't walk away from the deal when you come here. Jonathan approached me and helped me with the process right away. He's awesome and helped me find the car that was for me he's really smart and knew everything about almost any vehicle we checked out. I recommend CA Motor trade to anyone! Great experience!

**AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!** I recently attempted to make a cash purchase for a car, and to my dismay, the dealership added over $7,000 in fees. Furthermore, they included an additional couple of hundred dollars atop the sales tax and registration fees in an apparent effort to increase their profits. Being an accountant, I had a fairly accurate estimate of what my fees should have been. However, they imposed a $1,000 dealership fee and a $2,000 theft protection fee. At this juncture, I decided to cease negotiations as I had already become aware of their predatory practices through negative reviews I read beforehand. Despite my attempt to give them a chance, they fully validated their negative reputation. I am in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, DMV, and Consumer Protection Agency.

To start if I can put no stars I would went to go see a car. they gave us one price when they brought the paperwork price went up 8,000!!!! supposedly in fees not even real dealers charge that amount we walked the f out beware do not go!!!
