“I come in to this location off River road a couple times a week in the morning around 7 to 8 am and always see the same girl Madison working up at the front. Everytime I see her working I am greeted with a smile on her face, if I found everything I needed, and wishing me a great day. She always goes the extra mile to help me out and has the best customer service up front that I have seen in a long time from this location, she leads with a great example to the rest of the store that is lacking customer service!! I have seen her do this with other customers, as well as helping keep the store clean. just wanted to give her acknowledgment there's not that many great workers out there I hope you guys promote her or recognize her in some sort of way! Great workers like this make me want to continue shopping at your beautiful store.”

“Don’t listen to the 1 star reviews from snobby people with their head up their butt! This place is AMAZING! The Butchers, Workers & customer service is professional and very helpful & kind. I always come here during lunch for their well known Tri Tip Sammich ? it never disappoints! I’ve taken 2 of my friends to try it & my father and they all loved the Tri Tip. The Prices of their cuts are very good and affordable for the amazing quality you get! 4 fresh natural rib eye steaks for $40 and some change, you can not beat that. Once again I don’t understand these angry reviews from angry people. Take it from a local I highly recommend this Butcher Shop & it makes me never want to have any other meat shop from some average grocery store. As for the angry reviewers complaining about the how expensive it is (it’s not expensive) go to food 4 less. I LOVE Hottinger Family Meats. Feels like home. ❤️”

“Amazing service at this location. The produce department went above and beyond to help me out. I thought this location had a floral department so I went there and my heart sank when I realized that they only had cut floral bouquets but not really a florist on site. I talk to the check out lady and she said we might be able to help you. She sent me to the cut fruit department and the produce manager and Eva worked to gather supplies to make a nice wrapped bouquets for a wedding. Shout out to Eva and the other person (sorry, his/her name was really hard so I can’t spell it). I was told she was the one who put the artistic touch on it. Anyway, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”

“The newly remodeled store has more selections. It seems to target more Hispanic costumers since they added sweet bread and Agua Fresca stand. “I love stators! Their chicken is sooo good and juicy the other food selection were interesting they had edamame salad that looked tasty. Produce is always wonderful! service at first the lady seemed annoyed maybe a lil rude but after I made a comment that store being my store years ago she seemed switch and was attentive. service changed and she ended up being pleasant ambiance is regular store they always play great music . I'll always stop here given the opportunity. My mom used to live on redwood , we were at this store daily.”

“I'm not sure why all the negative reviews because I haven had any issues in the 2 years since I moved in the area. I guess only the disgruntled people are writing reviews. The store is always clean and stocked. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Everyone has a bad day at work on occasion, and I can see it in their face, but never got an attitude from them. The only thing I hate is the Stater Bros brand of products, but that's corporate's fault. The shopping center is always busy but not unmanageable. I also wish they had order pick up at this location. I have to go to another location for that. Otherwise I'd give them 5 stars.”

“Extremely saddened by the unproffessionalism I witnessed here today. I shop here quite often and absolutely LOVE the staff! They’re always so hospitable and helpful when and if I need it in every single department. Unfortunately I witnessed what I believe to be a manager, woman with red bow tie and glasses, scolding a worker earlier today. Haven’t seen her before so I’m not sure if she’s new or just filling in, but the way she was acting towards her worker was very unprofessional. I’m not quite sure what he did, but no one deserves to be scolded or spoke to in such a manner in front of other workers and customers how she did. I myself am a manager, and do not condone speaking to your workers in such a way, ESPECIALLY in front of other workers and customers. Boo. 5 stars for the store and workers, 1 star for this young lady :(”

“I just wanted to share an experience I had this morning. I'm handicapped and was walking to my car... Charles greeted me and asked me if I'd like help. I definitely needed the help I had about 10 bags.. anyways he was super funny and polite. He has such a calm voice yet friendly. He put all my bags in the car and wished me a good day.. ty Charles because my morning wasn't so good... u changed my feelings for the day. I really appreciate ur help. Then took my basket so I didn't need to... ty for making me smile and helping save my eggs... since the bagger just put my eggs anywhere and they could've been broken...”

“Had my Kunekune pig processed there. Good service. Was a little unhappy with the skinning job I paid the guy for. He skinned it with the fat so there was no fat left on the meat quarters. But all in all a good experience. I will just need to specify more clearly.”
“This little market is a hidden gem. They have everything in one stop including sweet bread. I haven't been in the area long and Eastvale doesn't have these Mexican grocery stores. But it's ok. Mira Loma is just around the corner to stop by here. The meat is super fresh and have excellent prices. Very tasty meat. They gave hot food to go as well and all the produce and spices your heart decides. Staff is very helpful and friendly and so are the customers. The store doesn't look so attractive from the front but don't let it deceive you. It's a great place to get your carne Asada, and notice for you menudo fans they have your menudo meat. Recommend it”
