The worst customer service, I have been trying to reach them for (3) days to find out the availability on the 26' Box truck but no ones ever answer the phone, and this is not the first time experience, there always like that.

This place is no longer a Budget rental location. They rent Penske and are incredible to work with. I’d recommend using this location for all of your local and long distance rental needs.

On 4/23/2020 after pickup of the motorhome while loading up approximately 45 minutes later the generator stopped working. I called the Travelers Assistance line and spoke to a (MALE) who's name I didn't document. He advised I would be comped one day after having tried to troubleshoot the issue and couldn't get it to work. He had me stop off at Cruise America in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to try and see if they can fix the issue. The man who helped me at the Rancho Cucamonga location said that it seemed to be overheating but was not low on oil, he cleaned the AC filters and etc and we turned on the AC then it was working so we turned it off and proceeded to our destination later that evening we stopped to have dinner in the RV and put on the generator again and about 30-45 minutes later it turned off again! We at this point were already late in the evening and delayed departure due to the initial stop that we didn't want to stop again as we were behind on our travel and has a long 21-hour drive to TX. Anyhow the Travelers Assistance rep I spoke to said he would have us comped one day, which I was not happy with since this was a hot and long journey to TX with my family and we paid a lot to travel with Cruise America. I was advised any other discount would need to come from the direct location that I rented from. I left it at that when I returned the RV I cleaned it on the inside according to the video instructions she directed me to but she proceeded to charge me erroneously a cleaning fee of $25, not only that she charged me for damage on a mirror when I returned the RV in the exact same conditions if not better than it was rented to me. This RV was dirty on the inside when we picked it up and with the COVOD-19 having a unit that we have to clean which again the video states your staff cleans it better than CDC requirements this was CLEARLY NOT THE CASE!Anyhow when I returned it she gave me the 1-day travel comp at $90 for the defective generator but insisted on charging me $25 unnecessary cleaning fee as we cleaned it per the video instructions on the inside only however she was charging because of the bugs on the outside of the RV. She also charged me $150 for a damage charge on the mirror that was already damaged.The total charges should have been only $933.90 they overcharged me $272.88NOTE: If you want to rent at RV Cruise America is a great option just don't rent from Norco!

Like all the other reviews, if I could give ZERO stars, I would. I made a reservation, almost over a week ago, and I called yesterday to confirm and ensure that everything would be ready to go for my move, the following morning. First, when I called, the lady on the other end asked me to hold. I assumed I would be put on hold, like any normal company does. Nope. She literally put the receiver down, and was talking to the other customer she was assisting in person. And I heard EVERYTHING. So unprofessional. Then, when she came back on the line, I told her I was just calling to confirm my truck would be ready for pick up the following day. She checked up on it, and informed me "I'm all out of trucks. I'm sold out of them, I'm sorry." I then proceeded to ask her, "But, didn't I make a reservation? Don't we do that for a reason? How are you out of trucks? I'm moving tomorrow, what am I supposed to do just wait until one comes?" And she goes on to tell me, "I'm sorry. I can call some others and see if they can drop off their truck earlier and I can call you back in a few hours." I was in DISBELIEF. I was just trying to imagine what I would even do if I walked in there, the morning of my long awaited move, and be told that there is NO truck on the lot. I didn't even want to risk waiting for her to call me back. I immediately called uHaul and they were incredible to assist me on my last minute rental. AND it ended up being SO much cheaper than hers. Long story short, please read reviews before proceeding to rent from this local Budget. Worst customer service and she will add extra anxiety on to your day, when that is the last thing you need while moving.

The agency operator should be ashamed of hiring such idiots to answer phone calls for this armpit of a store. Do no recommend this company and their “available upon availability†policy. Pretty much they will only honor your reservation if they have the equipment, also if they have a higher priced reservation than yours, you will most likely be denied service. Overall the d*** lady who answered my call was completely rude to answer a simple question. I recommend you bring them some chocolate and a vibrator to get fair service here.

I'm extremely disappointed with this business. I reserved a truck for a move to Victorville. Obviously the day comes and we are ready to move. I go to pick up and when I arrive I was informed that they don't have any trucks. I'm shocked but calm and ask what it is I can do. If perhaps there's another location for me to pick up. Although the lady seemed nice, she was very unhelpful and clueless She just gave me a number to call. So I call the number and speak with customer service to which they say that they might be able to get me a truck and will call me back in two hours. Never got a call back. Luckily I went to uHaul the same day and was provided with the same size truck that very moment even though it was last minute. Please take your business elsewhere folks where people actually care about customers

I booked a truck here in advanced to move. The evening before we were getting ready to move, I got a call saying they didn't have any trucks anymore. I am speechless that a truck rental company can be so incompetent and unprofessional. We had to scramble to find another company to rent a truck from. DO NOT GO HERE! Moving is already stressful as is, don't make it worse by coming here.

Lady who works for budget that helps Conants is rude. Came to get our truck and they wouldn't let my husband use the restroom. You're getting our money let's us use the bathroom. RUDE

Nicole and Jake went above and beyond for us! A cross country move is stressful enough in and of itself, but Nicole did everything she could to take some of that stress away. I am super happy with everything. Penske had called us that morning to try and undercut Budget, but in the end, Budget worked with us, earned our business and were terrific! When we arrived, Nicole was personally sweeping out the truck. Talk about service!! The truck was newer and in great shape. I definitely recommend Nicole and Budget Truck Rental of Norco!

I wish I had looked here before renting! I'd give zero stars if I could. They called literally as we were pulling into the parking lot to cancel our reservation. The agent asked "uh, did anyone call you, 'cause we don't have a truck for you." No, miss, no one called. I then asked her if she could check other stores to find us a truck. She called back FOUR HOURS LATER "uh, did anyone call you, cause we can't get a truck". Good thing we weren't waiting on her. Don't even bother with this place. Your reservation means nothing and they won't bother to correct their mistake or work to make things right. We were so fortunate that UHaul was able to save us.

Call to confirm my reservation, lady says she called me a couple days ago to let me know they didn't have the size truck available. I said thats funny, cause I made the reservation yesterday, so I don't know how you could of called me a couple days ago... She continues to talk out of her a$$ saying she left a message with a woman, but the only number on file was my personal cell.. Terrible customer service stay away!!

RENTER BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would! If I could subtract stars, I would! Hey, Budget Truck Rental of Norco, CA!! It's time to read your numerous TERRIBLE reviews!! Your customers are TRYING to tell you something!! Oh, I forgot...you don't really care, according to your very own words. Because when we arrived to pick up our reserved truck today, NO ONE WAS AT YOUR FACILITY!! When we called you at your number, you said that we would have to wait 2 hours for you to get back to your store! When we expressed our surprise over such an inconvenience, you said (and this is a verbatim quote), "I don't even have the truck you reserved, we gave them all to FedEx...they're a Big customer! I got to keep them happy!" So, okay Budget Truck Rental of Norco! You do that! You keep FedEx happy! I have the feeling that one day your customer service policies are going to come back and bite you in the rear end of one of your rental trucks!! Shame on you!!

If I could give this place 0 star I would! This place is Horrible!!! When we got there the truck was broken, yet nobody notified us! This has cost so much inconvenience and money. The lady in front office is useless and rude, she doesn't care! I will never rent from this location or Budget EVER again. Please stay away from this location, they will destroy your moving plans.
