I called to ask if my car was there, they answered and said yes the car is here with us. Keep In mind my car is melted from the front all the way to the back only the trunk survived. So I called to retrieve my property that survived in the trunk, and I was told that if I plan to pay the tow fees. I told him no the car is completely meted they could have it I just want my stuff. He then said that he won't allow me to get anything until I pay. I left as that I figured it's the law. Until I stopped by the police station for some police report and asked if a tow yard can hold my property until I pay the tow fees. Turns out I don't have to pay anything I could just grab my property and leave the car. Today I called after I found out what they did and they denied everything. I asked if they look through the car and keep the property before they sell it or send it to scrap it. I asked to give me my stuff back since they have it and since they illegally kept and they said they won't give me anything hung up on me!These people are thieves. I didn't care about the valuables in my car I just cared of about my firearm from ww11 that was gifted to me by someone important and they stole it!!!

Great experience with this company. Was in an accident and the car was towed here. When I went to pick up my property Leo (not sure if if I remember correctly) and both Eddy's were polite and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again.

Called this company on Tuesday to set up at tow at 7:30 in the morning. They never showed. Got a call at 7:45 saying they were going to be late. When I asked how late she said “I’m unsure, maybe over an hour”. I called to schedule an appointment so that I didn’t have to wait. Now I’m stuck trying to find another towing company.

Unfriendly insensitive man working at desk. Said I should of crashed in to others cars bc it would be more money for them?! Um ok . Never use them like and are inconsiderate and not trustworthy.

I recently quit this company after only working 4 days with them. I was disappointed to find out that being fast is more important than being safe. In my years of experience the only reason anyone is fast is because they cut corners and fail to operate safely under all conditions.As I was talking with Bardo (the owner) I had asked him about bumper damage on the 50 ton wrecker that I drove...he said he did it when he was first learning to tow lol. I also did a call with the medium duty wrecker and noticed severe damage on the back end.....Bardo said he did that as well when he was towing a trailer and lost control.I quit because I was also expected to rush ,and I told them during my interview that i dont panic work.For some reason the tow intustry lacks skill, rather they are more worried about being fast. Leaving dings , Nick's, and scratched on equipment and damaging property.

Nothing but awesome service here at Brothers Towing of Norcorona. Eddie and Leo are two young professionals who never hesitate to tell me the situation how it is. The way it should be. Prices are within the competition range BUT their Tow Truck Wreckers ARE AWESOME. Bardois super quick and friendly. Anyway would definitely recommend them and will be using their services again. Only downside is the dealership or whatever auto shop is next to them always block the main entry way to get to the tow yard. Other than that, extremely satisfied ?Services: Special vehicle towing

Customer service is atrocious. Whoever the rude women is answering calls is DESPERATELY needs a nap, anger management and sensitive classes. According to California state law, it is UNLAWFUL for a towing company to withhold your personal propertyCalifornia Code, Vehicle Code - VEH § 22651.07And they absolutely refused to let me get my things. I hope they're ready for this lawsuit.

0 stars wasn't an option. So quick run down..... Had and accident the night before. went to get items out of my vehicle and they would not let me go to my vehicle to get my items out because I didn't have my registration with me. I told them that I had my pink slip but they said they needed the registration. I told him to look in my vehicle for the registration in the glove compartment he said he did couldn't find it Had to go to DMV to purchase another registration for $20, bring it back, get in to my vehicle and my registration is inside the glove compartment !!!???????
