I had the BEST experience at Brake Masters. I originally found them through Costco Auto program using a 15% coupon. Front desk gentleman who was very knowledgeable had a promotional price that saved me more money than the Costco coupon and suggested to save it for a later time. I wasn't pressured to get any other unnecessary services done.

Came in to get my breaks checked and changed. I contacted several others with ridiculous pricing, but Brake Masters not only give you better pricing but they also are honest. All the others were pushing to change my rotors but Brake Masters were honest and said there was no need for that. Service with a smile, quick and efficient. They were able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this shop for your car concerns.

After coming here from Americas Tires for a repair, we noticed 5 lug nut caps missing from my vehicle. When we asked technician about this he placed the blame on Americas tires ( where I received excellent service the day before). We went back to Americas Tires to the same technician who said they were all in tact with the exception of the one that needed repair. We called Brake Masters back and the story changed again. The same technician said that they "probably fell off while you were driving " When we took the vehicle in to be serviced here, all lug nuts were in tact except for the damaged one. Shady place, stay away.

I went in for a car alignment after getting 2 tires replaced as recommended. They tested my car and said the alignment looked good and that I didn't need it. Really appreciated their honesty. Will definitely go back again when I do need it!

I would not recommend this shop for realignment. Not sure about brakes. Truck still pulls to the right after 3 trips to the shop. It's still not right and I will need to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When I brought the truck to the shop it was fine just brought it to this shop since I got new tires. When I left it pulled to the right ever since.

Our car had a severely flat tire that we couldn't even drive to the nearest shop. We put on a spare tire... but apparently didn't get secured properly. We ended up getting recommended my America's Tire in Norco to go to Norco Brake Masters for further repairs after the car took a bit of a beating from the spare tire falling off. The expense was insane! Unfortunately we don't know much about cars so we just went with it, since it seemed necessary. Then we go to pick up the car and everything seems good. We bring it home and park it on the garage as we go about our day. We realize when we come home later that night that our parking lights were left on! We had no idea, we we already leave our lights on "auto", which means that they changed the setting and didn't change it back! Now our battery is dead and our driver's side front light is out. So much for being worth the cost. We will never go back to this establishment for any auto repair needs.
