I walked in ten minutes before closing and the line was long but the Managers were Professional in not locking the doors until it was five and making sure everyone who came before five was taken care of thoroughly. Jassie was great in not letting the pressure salt her attitude and she helped soothe my stressful day with her kind and understanding empathy and even complimented me on my hair :0)Thank you to the whole Norco Wells Fargo Team for maintaining such positive and helpful responsible poise during stressful times and staying trustworthy when it comes to serving us thoroughly within the promised business hours! “Absolutely has been 5 Star service during COVID and ever since. Chase on Hidden Valley was horrible enough for us to withdraw all of our money and open an account at Citi bank at that location. We've received at most customer service from the get-go. Every single time we go there, there is no line, and if there is, they open more tellers, customer service does their best to service us for our special requests and Karen has just been exceptional today with advising us with more options to get the most for our money. Absolutely has been awesome to be part of Citibank family.”

When my wife passed away in May 2023, I found myself in dire need of a notary and the Norco BofA has one: Nuvia Hernandez
I found Nuvia to be a very professional, knowledgeable, and personable employee. She is a patient, caring person and helped me to understand many of the government document’s that were required to be notarized.
If not for Nuvia, I believe that things would not have gone as well as they did and I am looking forward to Nuvia helping me in the new year with any future notary or banking needs that may arise.
As for the branch itself, I have never had an issue there. Good employees doing a good job.
You people (the customers) need to take a deep breath and relax. Your needs will be met in a reasonable amount of time.
