I've been calling for 3 hours now. My deposits have been out on hold for 9 days. Everyone I talk to gives me a different answer. B of A absolutely sucks!! I wish I never signed up with them

1 teller at the window and three others roaming around. 1 of those three just sitting at their desk the entire time. But 1 teller at the inside window is unacceptable.

I must say I have been ignorant about knowing that this place even existed. I have been going to the Mira Loma location off of limonite for the past year. today the branch manager at the limonite location Lyn left a sour enough taste in my mouth to where I decided I was going to find the next local Bank of America. The two locations are not transparent. One is ran with integrity and great customer service, and the other location. Limonite is ran by people with attitude, and it reflects down to the tellers.As soon as you walk into Hamner location, you are greeted might not one but many people who are working in there when I walked in to the limonite location today I waited in the merchant line for about 5 to 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledge and told there was no merchant line !!!!! I will be going to this one for now on. Thank you for your help today John.

Though this bank branch is busy (as is with most Bank of America), the staff at this location has gone above and beyond to assure that my needs are met. I needed to open a new checking account and Ana (branch Manager) made sure to find an appointment available within 2 business days. Wanda assisted with my inquiry and she went above and beyond with assisting and explaining the whole process. She was both personable and professional. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Wanda if you're looking for a great banking experience with a level of professionalism that is unparalleled. I am completely satisfied with the customer service that Wanda provided! I highly recommend this Bank of America location as its staff seems to truly enjoy what they do and care for its customers. Thank you Ana & Wanda for your excellent customer service!

Made an appointment for today to take care of my family's probate business. Banker was extremely helpful and competent. I could have asked for better help. I have been in the bank several times over the past couple years and even tho I live in the next town over with its own B of A , I come here when I need to do any business. Rating today is 10 out of 10. Outstanding. Thanks.

Tried to make an appointment online, that didn't work. Called the branch to make an appointment, automated answering service hung up on me. Called the branch again, after going through the automated answering service again and again and again i finally get through. A girl answered i believe her name was Stephanie she hangs up on me as i say my name. This is seriously messed up. I will be closing my accounts with bank of america shortly.

We had a Terrible experience !!!Anna the manager was rude, we waited almost 30 min to try an close my account, but not I have to make an appointment. The Bad part about all of this is the bank wasn’t crowed, the employees were extremely slow.The bank needs new Management !!!

This bank deserves no stars. The bankers here are not friendly and need customer service improvement. I was treated unfairly when i tried to withdraw my disability money the banker , a lady, requested that i remove my glasses so she can see my eyes even though i had provided her my ID. I said no because there is no law or policy that requires me to show my eyes or take off my glasses and she refused service. The bank manager Ana Cid and head teller, a man, refused to help me also and then called the Norco sheriff’s on me to have me removed. While explaining what had occurred to the deputy inside the bank there was another customer who was wearing shades and a hat on and that same teller did not request him to remove his glasses so this made feel harassed and discriminated. I am struggling with depression and other medical conditions at this time and my shades give me comfort and the way i was treated gave me anxiety during my visit. The only professional workers at this branch were the security guards as they remained respectful. I went to the bank in Corona afterwards and they did not give me any trouble/hassles or requested that i remove my glasses and they had good customer service and a lot more staff. Norco only had two tellers and Corona had four tellers plus the members at the entrance ready help. I will never go to the Norco branch again, I recommend the Corona bank of america instead.

They have posted that they close at 1:00 pm, however, at 12:40 not allowing anybody in and stating they are closed. Nice service you are not providing.

After receiving assurances that we were approved on a home loan, it took over a month to tell us that they weren’t comfortable with it. High credit score and substantial down payment didn’t matter. The local office is unable to commit and the boss Mr P Szabo doesn’t return several calls. We pulled our business.

They deserve a negative star, but I cannot post with zero stars so I had to give them 1. The worst at communicating and speed of response. In spite of 32 yrs of business, a high credit rating, substantial down payment and assurances that this was a slam dunk, it took more than a month to turn us away. Why? Because I retired. They said we exceeded all ratios and still said it came down to the retirement. And to top it off, Mr Paul Szabo wouldn't return our calls when we politely requested an explanation. They lost our business. Talk about peeing on a long term customer!
