AT&t has the most helpful generous kind and welcoming smiles I walked in with an issue with my phone late in the afternoon it took about 10 to 15 minutes and I was out of there they've always been great help and I recommend them to all people you know me I'm older and I don't have very much knowledge of computers and so with their help they educated me how to use my phone and how to use my data and I'm so grateful for that thank you AT&t

The rep signed my 3rd line/emergency kid phone up for the premium plan with insurance after a lengthy conversation about how little we would be using this phone and letting me know how much the basic line would be. I left fully under the impression that I would be paying for the basic line only to get a bill for a premium line. I went in again to clear things up and a different rep said he would change it to the basic. About a week later, I called the ATT phone number to double check if any changes had been made and it surprised me that he did not change it. So for two billing cycles, I paid more than I should have for a phone that we don't use on a daily basis. If you have to go in, I would follow up with a phone call to the ATT service number just to double check. The store is conveniently located to my house but I will be driving to the one off Cajalco from now on. This store in not owned by ATT so maybe their customer standards are different. This is not the first time, a store rep from this store has said one thing just to get the sale and then it's completely different on the bill.

DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR PHONE OR YOUR HOME THEY ARE LYING TO YOU THERE'S HIDDEN FEES AND EVEN IF YOUR PHONE IS PAID FOR THEY WILL LOCK IT AND HOLD IT FOR RANSOM UNTIL YOU PAY THE BLOOD MONEY, THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT IT AND IF YOU DON'T FULLY READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING YOU WILL BE SCREWED, THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS DON'T DO IT TWO THUMBS DOWN ??

I unfortunately had to go in to activate my new iPad because of the braindead associate over the phone in China had no idea how to activate it. Spent over 20 minutes on the phone with her for nothing. Sharp helped me in less than that time and was friendly, helpful and didn't BS me into anything. Thank you.

As att customer today had a terrible experience; this is my local store since l moved to Corona 20 years ago; today, I stopped at a store to trade in my family’s phones. We spent around 30 minutes, and just one guy was in the store helping another customer. The guys make us feel bad the guy couldn’t help us. He couldn’t say hello or any courtesy welcome.This is a message for att customer service to work and provide better service.

I am a 'non-user' as my brother defines me. On more than one occasion I have taken my phone to a delightful young lady named 'Z' and she immediately resolved my problem. I wish I had a place for her in our company. Sharp, pleasant and 'she knows her stuff'! AT&T is lucky to have her!

I went into this store tonight just to look around at phone cases and other accessories and Vanessa was absolutely the best! I have been with AT&T since I was 19 and I’m 37 now. Her costumer service was amazing! There needs to be more employees that actually listen to what you need and provide feedback, honest opinions and are just straight kind. With all going on in this world to have customer service like that is such a blessing! Thank you Vanessa! You’re awesome! Great example of what customer service should look like!
