Charged me extra and didn't give me my full refund. I payed $40 in cash at first and went to fill my tank in one that didn't work. I told the worker and was told to move to another pump and give him my card. I was charged another $40 on my card. I went back in to ask for my $40 in cash back. The worker was about to give me my cash when the manager came in and yelled at him to only give me $30 cuz he "saw another woman use the pump that wasn't working charge $10". But I had 3 other people waiting in my car. One of them was telling other people to not use the pump that was out of order. on top of that there were multiple other pumps & patrons that had the same problem. Go somewhere else.

Bad customer service experience with the worker at this location. Asked to refund me for fountain drink to re purchase a bottle drink because fountain had no gas. He gave me attitude. Told me he couldnt do it. And had customers waiting while he argued with me.

Just had purchased gas with my debit card inside the store and one minute later I get a fraud alert of $100.35 from this same store location. Thankfully my bank didn’t let it happen but know I’m left without a debit card till it gets replace do to this cause.

Emplyees are racist scam artists stealing customers money and the store owners money. BEWARE!!! IF YOU HAVE TO USE THIS STATION, PAY WITH CASH ONLY!!! DO NOT USE YOUR BANK CARD OR CREDIT CARD!!!The guy followed me to my car saying that I had stolen a product that I had paid for and threatened to call police. I went back in and asked him to pull up the transacrion on the computer register. He lied and said it wasn't showing. So,, I just paid again.. I went back to my car and checked my banking account and it showed 2 transacrions, the first transaction for $2 that I made and the second transaction but it showed a $50 debit. I rushed back in and the 2 scammers went to the back office and left another clerk to talk to me. I explained everything to this clerk and he was able to pull up the first transaction that the scammers said they couldn't find. But the $50 charge did not show somehow. I called my bank and reported the fraud and they canceled the $50 transaction.

RACIST!!!! I truly believe 0 stars should be a choice.....this establishments employees and sadly it's owners are a disgrace to the customer industry. Myself, my friend, and my boyfriend pulled up to this pathetic excuse of a gas station, my friend decided to take my dog out to see if she needed to go poddy, we had just finished a 5 HR drive with a bed full of our belongings (moving...ugh) so of course she figured she had to go! My boyfriend went and filled up the tank, I myself decided to wash the front and side windows. All in all we had been here at this point 13 minutes, this is when we are approached by employee of the month Mr. Jorge, he has a telephone to his ear. " The cameras only let you stay 40 minutes, go, you must go, he says. We all look at each other in bewilderment, " we've been here at the very most 15 minutes sir....purchasing gas as people do you're aware of this right?, You're a gas station...in case you forgot.." he interrupts me "go, no, you must go I on phone with owner your kind not allowed the trash white" I couldn't help but bust out in laughter, this little thing just called me white trash. "Your name is" he holds out his shirt so I can see his name clearly" "you see?" He says "now you go,go" I get the hand shew. Lol needless to say I wouldn't suggest visiting here. Definitely if your trash white. Big no no! Ha ;)

Giving this location the lowest possible rating because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come in here, the guy closes his register at the worst possible time. I've even heard him say "why does everyone choose to come in at this time?" Well GENIUS...if business seems busy around a certain time then maybe you should consider closing your register at a DIFFERENT TIME!!! Do yourself a favor. Go to the ARCO on Main & Grand if you want gas for the same price. It may be out of your way but at least they don't make you wait 20 minutes until they're done closing their drawer and their price is always the same as Norco's location.

First off the guys that work there are rude. On top of ot smelling like pee every time i have gone in there. Also when did arco stop taking credit cards? Hope they hire people who are happy to have a job and are nice to the customers

So I can't use the bathroom it says it's out of order then you let 1 of tour home boys use it So this would be considered racism BECUSE I am white don't spend 1 PENNY at any am pm ride lieing racist
