This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location, and every time their service shines. They have always had our vehicle done before the scheduled time, and today they were able to get me in and out in a flash just before closing! Hands down Tim and is crew are Aces!

Just had my rear tires replaced after they both popped on the freeway. Was towed here and they took care of me right away. Incredibly professional, friendly, and fast service! Nicholas at the front desk was great.

Came from Murrieta to Corona for my husband's Chemo treatment, on the way my tire pressure light came on. No question that the only place for help was Americas Tires. Thank you Eduardo and the Techs. In 35 minutes they had found a piece of metal in my tire, patched it and I was out the door....all at no charge. Best Customer Service EVER. It's the little things that can make of break your day...thank you for making my day!

I cannot express enough how outstanding the customer service was at this location. I came in for a repair to a tire with a screw in it and they fixed in under an hour. The best part of the visit though was the fact they did not charge me anything for the repair. I thanked the people I dealt with and later called the location and spoke with Nick (manager) and conveyed how good this location is run. I wont shop anywhere else.

This used to be such a good business that my family and I counted on. I put a deposit on tires to be here Monday, all that went fine. They called me told me they came in I said I would call and make an appointment. I called at 11:34 they told me an hour wait. I said great I can be there in 20 minutes do I make an appointment or just come in. The guy told me just to come in. I get here at 12 pm on 6/10, guy tells me I didn't have an appointment so now it's an hour and a half. I tried to make an appointment, the clerk on the phone told me not to worry about it. This is poor business not to respect customers time. I'm on a time crunch and now have to be inconvenienced because the staff at Americas tire company are not thorough and careless, bad look for a company that is responsible for such a safety type business. Going to have to find another business for my tire needs.

I've gone several times for the inspection and rotation. Each time, I think they're going to charge me but continue to be surprised by the free service. Not only is it free, but it's done professionally and with a great attitude. Now I understand why it's free, because I'll be back when it's time to replace.
