TLDR at end of review.
Went in with Family to buy 2 cars. We had down payments, good credit, had just sold our house so we had money to spend.
We had called in advance to ask about one of the cars in their inventory, they texted us back and assured that the cars would be pulled forward when we got their.
When we arrived, both cars were buried behind loads of other inventory and took 20 minutes to pull out and give us the opportunity to test drive and look at.
The people at the front do all the work, they pull the cars in, show them off, move other cars out of the way, the whole shebang.
The cars they showed us were dirty, the AC didn't work, one of them needed a new battery. We filled out applications and tried to get some of the problems fixed before fully purchasing the cars.
then once you've decided what to buy, they push you off the finance.
The finance guy we met was horrible. I'm pretty sure he's never taken a Costumer service class in his life and I assume the only sales he gets are from bullying his costumers.
We tried to make a deal and the finance guy refused to listen to us, refused to make any sort of deal, refused all our offers, and was majorly aggressive.
These guys would have gone home with 7k in their pockets. And because the finance guy wanted to treat us like idiots, he lost out on the sale.
The Finance officer was condescending to my mom, the only women in the room, and made several attempts to undermine and swear at us.
Overall, horrible Costumer service, rude finance officer, horrible deals, terrible people on the money end.
There's a reason why they have cars with dead batteries and dirty interiors. They can't sell their inventory with crappy attitudes.
TLDR: Go somewhere else if you want a car. The finance department will not do
any favors for you, and might even try to undermine and make fun of you. Incredible display of horrible Costumer service.

Second car from all in auto. The first one was a 99 Corvette ten years ago. The second one I just purchased two months ago is a 2022 Honda Civic. Great cars and great experience both times.

Went to this dealer drove 30 miles to see a truck. Sales man Mario was nice and answered all
Questions even though they were busy. Decided on a vehicle went into finance manager and he was not helpful. Said that I needed 2,000 down due to credit. Said that was financing with Capital one. Left went to Royal auto sales purchased a car that was 8.000 more with 0 down and better interest rate also with Capital One. I knew credit wasn’t an issue so boils down to he didn’t want to be bothered.

They sold me a lemon do not got here for any vehicle purchases. They do not have good cars everything on their lot is shadow repaired and you will be left with a vehicle you can't afford to fix every month like me

Wish I had read the reviews on this dealership before my significant other purchased a vehicle from this horrible poor excuse of car dealership. The representatives are only in constant contact with you until they know you’ve signed, then crickets. Little to no communication about the delivery process and status of delivery. Car was received un-detailed, with a very dirty interior and bad odor. There is sticker residue on the dash they didn’t even bother to clean off. It took about a week to get the car so there was time to detail it. Found black tape on the light on the front passenger side quarter panel. The front driver’s side tire has a ball/knot in it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible! Hopefully others read these reviews and heed the warnings.

Came in and got myself a 2016 Durango rt, super happy noticed a few things and Albert made sure they got attended to!!! One of the fixes didn’t quite meet my standards so he had me come in and get it fixed properly to my standards and no issues a lot of bad reviews and it’s mainly due to lack of communication on buyers part. Nick has been super helpful even after a month with no contact he recognized my voice and addressed me by correct pronunciation of my name!!!! Can’t wait to see another vehicle I want so I can take advantage of another killer deal! Thank you Albert, you’re a great business man!!!! May the creator keep you and your family in the shadows of his angels wings.

I've never left a review because I don't like wasting my time but All in auto is so bad I had to. If you see Albert do not talk to him his customer service skills are non-existent he will ghost you for months and not respond. My car got stolen so he needs to send the bank a refund on the warranty contract told me the money is on the way. June 28th it is now July 21st. Still no reply. I have been messaging him every week for updates.. nothing. Granted the car was stolen in March still hasn't sent the money back. The dealership is so shady in all aspects just don't buy from these people. Also, don't get GAP with these air heads get it within your insurance company God forbid something does happen to your car, the contract they setup with you makes you have to get another car with them (All in auto group) nobody else they don't give you the money they keep it(gap company) and send it to all in auto Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Hope this prevents someone from going through headaches.

Now I know why this place has bad reviews. Saw a car on their website and attempted to get information on the car. The salesman or whoever I was talking to just decided to quit communicating with me. Never responded back. Definitely lost my business and I was ready to buy a car.

Do not buy car here. Bought a truck a month ago and is having all these issues. Was in an unreported accident and they rigged it so it could be okay for test drive. Now I’m paying thousands more dollars to fix it. Shady business.

They can improve on some of the employees attitude. They act like my chick when she is mad, I went there to make business and get a car home. They should be more informative and be honest with customers

Terrible customer service skills. Let me elaborate, the men working at this location present a cold, “too good for you attitude.” It felt shallow as I walked on to the company grounds and was not greeted. I had to step inside to find an employee to help me. Even from this step, the younger man spoke to me in a very one word question and answer manner. He also presented me with the fact he was not educated in many of the models in the yard as he was “newer.” Totally understandable, until it became him asking me question about the car. As in, “I don’t know, what does the website say about it?” Overall, VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL environment. Will never purchase a vehicle from an establishment that lacks customer service as well as education of their own stock. Fellow car hunting peers BEWARE of poor customer service when purchasing a moving, driving motor vehicle.

I can't say enough good things about the team at All-In-Auto Group! I recently bought a Yukon Denali from them, and the whole process was so smooth and easy.
From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the sales staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me some great options that fit my needs and budget. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable.
The finance part gave me a little anxiety going into it, but Albert made it a total breeze. He explained everything clearly and didn't try any shady tricks. Just straight-forward and transparent.
It's been about 3 weeks since I drove off with my new wheels, and I'm loving my Denali! No issues at all - it runs like a dream.
I'll for sure be recommending All-In-Auto Group to my friends and family. If you want a stress-free experience with trustworthy people, they're the place to go for your next car or truck. Awesome all around!
