I recent purchased a vehicle at this location and Jordan Knox helped me out. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable and very fast. My whole experience was great, all of the gentlemen that work at this location would ask how I was doing when they passed me or asked if I was being treated ok. Customers service was impeccable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Aaron Chrysler Jeep is the BEST!!! My family was so blessed by their staff and their efforts and willingness to get us into a new car. The finance team is amazing !!! We L-O-V-E our new Jeep Grand Cherokee L with 3rd row seating to accommodate our whole family. If you want a trusting car staff, genuine and cares so much about their customer then put your trust in Aaron! They won't steer you wrong!

I have had my truck in for repair and it has been 5weeks they are the worst I have seen took them five days so far to r and r a trans all they say they are working on it I would not buy another truck from this dealership just because I want to get my truck taken care of were i buy it and this service is the worst

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped off my truck because the lane keep sensor needed to be calibrated. Not only did they not calibrate the sensor, they also broke my cruise control sensor. I picked up my truck and MY TRUCK IS LESS FUNCTIONAL THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF! I spoke to the service manager and said he will get back to me... never heard from him again.... Im going to have to proceed with small claims and lemon law this due to unprofessional dealership who don't know what they are doing. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY WILL MESS IT UP EVEN MORE!!!!

This dealership has so many attributes deserving of positive remarks. Everything from their inventory to their staff and everything in between. I'll tell you where to start: Elijah Benson one of the dealerships new and rising salesmen. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted when it came to selection, even though I was still in repair mode with my credit situation. The financing team was equally as attentive to making sure I was taken care of, no matter what I looked like on paper. By the end of the deal I got the keys to my brand-used 2015 Chevy Tahoe. I'm beyond blessed and my prayer bow is that God continue to bless the people within that dealership that truly take their time to make it happen for everyone.You won't regret choosing this dealership!

After multiple efforts to get my extended warranty cancelled and refunded to no avail, my only option now is to hire a lawyer, unfortunate that this dealer just could not fix their issues, their finance manager Lynn enticed me to sign up for the extended warranty to trick the bank into reducing my rate and then cancelling once my rate was locked in, I came in 2 months ago to cancel my extended warranty a second time with mj and my balance still remains the same. Will never step foot into this dealership again. Amazing service until you sign and drive away with your new car but afterwards it's either radio silence or horrible customer service.

On Sept 4th, My wife and I ended up leasing a 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xe. Customer service from Nate (Sales man) was great at the beginning so do Daniel from Financing team. Unfortunately, on that day they had us waiting for almost 4 hours, they did not let us take the car due to a recall, which no one bother to tell us at the beginning, neither MJ (Manager from finance) did not allow other employee to give us a courtesy car but MJ made sure for us to sing the contract and get the down payment money from us. Before we leave the dealership I told them to make sure the car is clean and fully loaded (gas and charged) since it is part electric and hybrid, they stated they will. So next day in the AM I received a call from Daniel stating the car was ready to pick up, I asked him again to pleaseMake sure the car is ready to go and fully loaded which he acknowledged. So we went to get the car in the afternoon thinking it was ready so we finalized signing the paper work, we went to get the car and the sale was not completed so we had to wait until they released the car not only that when we got home the car was charged 3% so I ended up charging it at home for 17 hours. Nate sent me a text and left me a voice mail message very late Tuesday the 5th checking on us and see if we like to car, I returned his call next day but left him a voice mail msg also reply back to his text since I still have some questions about the car also I call the dealership and left a voice mail msg for Daniel to call back. It has been over a week a no one has bother to call back, also we noticed that through out the transaction they were acting up kind of strange, we were getting conflicting information from everyone, such as if the service was included within the lease. No one told us about the recall so we did not take the car same day but they were sure for us to sing the contract and make the 15K deposit. I am rating 2 due to customer service is not there, the car was not ready, no returning phone calls, very disappointing.Updating review from 2 to 4 stars.Today, 09-17-23 received a call from Daniel (Aaron Jeep dealership), following up on my Yelp review, went over in details about experience and lack of communication. He gave me some credit incentives due to the inconvenience. I updated the rating to 4 stars due to there is a room for improvements still.

After a disheartening experience with Envision Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - West Covina, we decided to approach Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I can't express how relieved I am to have avoided a transaction with Envision, which exhibited unethical business practices through their shady sales representatives.Our interaction with Aaron began with a sales rep named Zein, who was nothing short of professional and pleasant from the get-go. Unlike Eric at Envision--who struck me as a stereotypical "snake oil" salesman--Zein exuded professionalism. My transparent approach likely facilitated our positive dialogue. Following some negotiation, Zein introduced us to his Sales Manager, who informed us that they had transitioned into a wholesale dealer, pledging to offer unbeatable prices. By evening, they located the exact vehicle I was interested in. Not only was their quote at least $100 less per month compared to other dealers, but it was also more competitive than Envision's quote. Despite this, I'd willingly pay more just to avoid dealing with unreliable businesses.The only downside was the four-hour time commitment at the dealership. However, not all of that was directly their fault. Overall, my experience with Zein, Jay, and MJ was extremely positive, and I plan to finance my next vehicle through them due to their utmost professionalism.

I've had alot of experience with various dealerships over the years...and this one has got to be one of the worst I've experienced. From after the sale issues in dealing with lot damage, missing second key fobs they were unable to find after multiple trips back to the dealership, registration problems and delays, and to top it off a rude service writer (Michelle) and problems with the service department...I will not be utilizing this dealership in any capacity moving forward.I went there on the recommendation of a friend/co-worker who had a good experience with them...turns out this was BEFORE the change in ownership to Aaron...Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Ali was very laid back and easy to talk to my wife and I went on a test drive with Ali in a beautiful 2022 Daytona and afew days later Ali called to let me know that the car was mind it was a smooth transition Thank you Ali ? and to the crew that took part in closing my deal

Took my car in for service because the engine light was on I have lifetime warranty on the power train I pick my car up it is not running the same as it was when I took it in they claim they only get a diagnostic testing sting well how come my car is not running the same way it was when I took it in not happy
