I was visiting this store tonight February 10, 2024 and I must say from the bottom of my heart that I got THE WORST SERVICE that I have received in a restaurant in a long time, I couldn't get her name but to my surprise she is the manager of the store, a young woman with a quite serious face and angry expressions that makes her seem upset because she has to work there or because she had to accept me as a customer, either way I think the manager position IS NOT FOR HER AT ALL. When I asked her how long I would have to wait for my order she said: “However long it will take, I told you it would take several minutes” and then I said: “But I would like to know if it will be a few minutes or many minutes” to which she responded. : “If you have a problem, leave an online review” hahahaha evidently she as a manager only has the badge on her shirt and the person who chose her should evaluate if she qualifies to be leading a work team because when she responded to me in such a way rudely all the employees of the store who were also busy in their activities looked at me and smiling like telling me with their eyes that they have to endure this every day from “Their manager” at the end one of the employees gave me my order and When he gave it to me he said: “I'm sorry” I guess he was referring to how rude this supposed manager was and I responded, don't worry, I'm the one who's sorry because you have to put up with her just because she has a badge that says MANAGER! Unfortunately, ANYONE can currently get a leadership position without having ANYTHING that qualifies them for it.

I had an issue with the Wendy's app this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised as to how helpful the staff was resolving the issue. The app would not allow the payment to go through. Great customer service and awareness of the app issue. Management cared. Their primary goal was to fill my order quickly and accurately which they did. I ordered a Dave's single, fries and chili. Everything was hot and fresh. Thank you. Based on my experiences, the staff is always friendly, cheerful and pleasant anytime I've visited the new Nipomo location. They even liked seeing my silly magic tricks on one occasion when it wasn't too busy. They're usually very busy when I visit, so I suppose opening the Nipomo location was a good call.

Just left this place with an order of 3 chicken nugget kids meals, spicy nuggets were in the kids meal. Now my granddaughters mouth is burning ?. Beware and check your food closely.

I had the nacho fries for about $4.50. It was a big portion with lots of cheese, but half the fries were cold and the other half barely warm. They definitely were not fresh. The cheese was barely warm on the bottom and a handful of cold cheese from the fridge was thrown on top. They were good because I was driving by at midnight and nothing else was open for food in this area. The service was super fast but not friendly. It's always awkward when the server is silent, taking your money or giving you your food. So I end up thanking them for having bought myself some fries and supported the restaurant and their job. It's a simple thing but it makes a difference to say thank you when taking a person's money. The ambiance is new and clean.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I’ve had food that sat on a counter all night that was fresher than this. Make these to order when you’re slow. Also $16 for two double stack packs? Why no a la carte? All this food was stale and should have been thrown in the trash. Manager didn’t care. Atascadero location is so much better and worth the drive if you’re craving Wendy’s. Won’t be back.

I don't know who the night manager is but they need replaced. I pulled up and ordered at the speaker and literally by the time I pulled up to the window with no one ahead of me. The food was bagged and waiting. So how fresh or warm do you think it was, It took longer to get the drinks than the food..Shame on them!

This is not the first time this is happened. We are asked in the drive up line with nobody behind us to pull out front, because we are told that they get in trouble by their manager or owner when their clock goes too long as they take too long to process the order. we then pull out front waiting in additional 5 to 7 minutes to obtain the order for it to only come out cold. We noticed two other cars tonight had the same experience being told to pull out of the drive-through line just so they can keep their clock numbers low. Recommendation management needs to work on their staff and be properly staffed and trained during high volume times.

Customer service is good but I am super disappointed with my burger. I piece of lettuce. False advertisement! THIS DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE AND WHERES MY CHEESE?!?!

When you think of Wendy’s, you think of hot juicy, thick burgers. And I was so excited to get a location so close to home.But every time we’ve eaten here, we are served “chili meat”. Literally, thin, dried out and burnt meat patty’s that Wendy’s puts into their chili.I know, I worked at a Wendy’s for years. And this kind of meat would never have been served to a customer, we would have made them park and wait.I’m disappointed. I brag about Wendy’s being the best of all the fast food joints, except for this location. This location is garbage.Do better guys. I know first hand that your standards are supposed to be better.

I don't know who the male with the longer hair is but he sucks. He has an attitude. He got me daughters order wrong which was a medium cup. He gave her a small scooper l chocolate frosty instead. I don't even know how you get those two things wrong. My poor sweet soft spoken daughter said it's fine but it's not. I ordered my two sons food who weren't present and myself a 10 piece chicken. I didn't even get my chicken.I work in the food service industry and I've already taken it home at this point and it's been way too far that I'm not going to take it back and make a big deal out of it but this is ridiculous taking money and not giving the exact orders it's ridiculous.

Me and my family are having dinner orderes our food at 629pm and 20 min later I finally tell the manager he goes. You waiting for your food? I'm like noo kidding. Yes I give him my receipts and he takes em and says is this one whole order I go yes! So he brings me my items and they forget my free burger and fries. I got a free one and he gives me the receipt without the free burger I go you had it in your hand. Really. Well the manager sounds like he didn't care talked to me like I'm stupid. They gave drive thru and pickups thete food before dine ins. I understand to a point but come on. It's a nice looking place but these employees are not equipped to work fast food. I won't be coming back

Terrible service, wasn't crowded and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the cashier did other meaningless tasks. She saw us waiting .
