In 5 times I've only been helped once. This branch is so unprofessional. Plenty staff members managers and workers won't help on teller service (over 5 taff). Manager late to open I guess its true what they say "working banker hours" personally not the way business should be ran I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Over an hour wait if you need to do your banking, nobody wants to work only one teller working today

No staff! Mostly just 1 teller and a manager who doesn't help anyone. Wells Fargo customer service has went down hill big time. Ridiculous!

Terrible branch. Always closed during business hours, some interactions with the employees have been awful, not all employees though. The ATMs are almost always out of service. Not sure how this branch is even open. I would expect a lot better from Wells Fargo

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 30 years and have always found them responsive, professional and ethical - plus very friendly. The Nipomo branch is no exception. Not only have we had great service from the tellers and Jill the manager but Jay on the Wells Fargo Advisors side of the house. Jay helped us figure out a personal long term investment strategy. He had a wide range of investment vehicles at his disposal and was able to find us the perfect fit.

I just don't understand the long line and 4 employees standing behind a wall doing nothing. Bizarre.

At this stage of the game for Wells Fargo, they probably shouldn't be arguing with their customers! I make a cash advance thru a credit card and I told the teller I want it deposited into my checking account, the teller (with 40 yrs of experience) makes my deposit in a check form which places a day hold? I tried explaining that cash should be Immediate credit as I had just made a prior cash deposit which I was getting immediate credit for. One representative said it should be a transfer, (which it should be) the other two employees choose to argue with me, they also blamed technology!!

This review is for their branch manager Jill. Nipomo Branch 11/29/2017 I first step foot in the branch on 11/17 asked one of the bankers for some questions regarding opening a business account. Their business manager wasn't there so we made an appointment for the next Tuesday which is 11/21. Business manager Sandra was super nice and very helpful. We set up everything I needed for my business. It's a small cash business, so in the application stated I will be bringing cash + coins up to a certain amount each week. Right after we opened the account, I wanted to make the first deposit. I had cash + coins. For some reason, I could only deposit the cash (paper money) that day, and could not deposit the coins until a week later. Needed about a week to be approved. Which is fine, so I just took the coins back and come back when they are ready. 11/29. After a week, I came back with more coins and cash since I had another week of business money to deposit. While I'm trying to figure out which bag is which and how much money total, branch manager told me that I'm not supposed to bring in cash (paper money), only coins. She added but today is okay if you just count the total. I was very not happy to hear that, because when and why in the world I would only bring coins. I told her that is not correct, and I never said that. Jill claim I told the lady when I first walked in. I then asked for my application and demand to see that "email" she claims I said quarters only. Jill then said it's an internal email. BS To that point, I was pissed off. "First of all, your bank doesn't give me free coin bags, and no business line for business accounts, the only reason I bank with you is for the location. I really need to start thinking about switching banks." Jill, the branch manager said: "That is probably the best solution." As I finished with the teller, we had a talk by her desk. Bottom line, I demanded to see my applications, to make sure what is written on the paper, because I know she has no idea what she was talking about. Jill then started saying it might be a miscommunication, they will look into it. I said"If there is a miscommunication, it's between you and the banker, not me as the customer. From beginning to the end, did you apologize once?" She proudly said "No." I told her "That is why I'm so mad." If you are not sure, then don't assume and telling your customer to bank somewhere else and can't bring cash to the bank!?!??! Are you kidding me? After I left the bank, I called them again. The Service manager answered the phone. Service manager looked into my account, assured me once again I was correct. On the application, I can bring cash + coins. She said She will send another email to me so I will understand it better. I laughed and told her please send that email to her branch manager and not me. Jill is the one has NO IDEA what is going on in her bank. Service manager talked to Jill again while I was on hold, and she said "as long as you count the money beforehand, we will be able to take it" I told her, that was NOT the point. I knew that, to begin with. Jill told me I couldn't bring cash. She was wrong, and she did not apologize but constantly trying to divert the problem. She still doesn't want to apologize for her mistakes. I requested to escalate the issue unless I get a call or email from Jill and get an apology from her. She had a day and a half to do that, heard nothing from her still. So I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo and got a case #. Now I'm still waiting for any response from them or the branch. Overall, I do NOT recommend Wells Fargo for a business account. No business lines, no free money bag, (chase and boa are free), each teller doesn't even have a money counter at their position!!! What kind of bank teller doesn't have money counter!!! They count all the money by h

Great personnel at this branch. Unfortunately the bank itself is.not the best. After my current work contract is up I will switch my accounts. Also am unhappy with credit card from there. The payment due date changes each month!! Very difficult to track for timely payment.
