I recently visited Carat To Karats Jewelers to have my Swiss Army Watch battery replaced and to have my watch attached to a new watchband that I had brought in.
The proprietors: Mary & James Simons.
Mary Simons inspected and diagnosed my watch and watchband which she handed off to James Simons for battery replacement and watch band attachment which he did both - free of charge.
Mary & James Simons are just the nicest; kindest; pleasant; welcoming; respectful and polite people to deal with and they are both "extremely good" at what they do.
- Needless to say, this is now my go-to jewelers and jewelry place for any and all of my jewelry needs.”
