As we can t put 0 star , I had to put one ! If you want to be treated like a dog this is the place to go avoid this unprofessional place that is a shame to T mobile , the undertrained or not trained at all so called manager is the most unprofessional and rude person ever dealing apparently with uncontrolled aggressivity issues that makes him unable to analyze or understand any problem that is present to him , so be assure the only assistance or service you will get is a 10 on 10 in incompetence

Worst company. Turned in my 2 yr old iPhone (gave me 33% less credit then Apple) in order to get a new one and change to T-Mobile. Phone had no bars and only SOS reception when I got home. Tried to return phone & get old phone back same day, store manager in Nipomo would not help as they said they already got rid of my old iPhone. I had to go to another branch to return iPhone, they gave me a receipt that said I would be getting a check for old iPhone but for 50 % less then original receipt from previous day. I waited almost a year to get the money owed as they never mailed a check. I called company a dozen times & went to several T-Mobile stores in order to find a corporate manager that would help me. Most of the managers didn’t want to deal with me and said they could not help even though I had a hard copy receipt of what they owed me.Terrible company and the worst customer service!

I have been here twice. This place is privately owned and not a corporate store. Go to a corporate store in Santa Maria, Ca.. You can not get the service you need. Don't waste your time.

They are rude and disrespectful everything I go in they are rude sprint and t-mobile are merged but they act like sprint customer is low life and they are above us go elsewhere plz

Was told one monthly cost when I purchased the phone. Now it seems that after one month, my costs have almost doubled. After all the great customer service I had with Sprint for 20 years, TMobile has totally wipes that away....

Worst experience I've had with T-Mobile when trying to go back to their service. The Salesperson lied to us about being able to get consistent 5G with a nearby tower they don't own, which I confirmed with their Customer Tech Expert. We only received poor reception and dropped calls at my home and out of state. Their customer service would not even consider a discount or credit for all the activation fees even though we were misled by their salesperson. An expensive lesson for trusting T-Mobile. I will be deterring everyone from switching to T-Mobile.

I had 2 back to back bad expieriances. The staff here were not only unhelpful but plain rude.I had to go check on my dogs during my first visit, and was told to just wait at the door because with every person who enters the store with no sale it makes them look bad.... [okay]. At least I got my tempered glass replaced.I came back to get my second tempered glass thr following week.. they refused to give it to me even though it is included as an insurance benefit. She was very rude to me... [She even made a comment about how it makes their sales go down when thryngive out the tempered glass for free]....... wow!.....is that all this store is concerned about? I had to walk out of the store.I called the original TMobile store I bought my phone at after leaving and they said I am absolultley entitled to my tempered glass. He told me where the rep can confirm that I bought them originally, but I am not doing this girls job for her.And I will not be returning to a place whose staff are incompetent and have no respect for their customers. I suggest this store get some better staff.

The staff was really rude. This one lady talks fast, doesn't know her stuff, and tries to talk over you. Just go to a T-Mobile in Santa Maria instead.

Giving a one star because zero is not an option unfortunately. Was sold the phone I didn’t want and the manager at this location did absolutely everything in their power to keep their store from getting a return. I was turned away FOUR times within four days (“the manager is gone, we can’t return it,” “we are too busy come back later,” and “we aren’t doing returns.”) after the purchase even tho T-mobile gives you a 14 day grace period for returns. I called 611 and was informed that they had no reason to not take my return and two other T-mobile locations also seemed confused as to why they wouldn’t accept my return. You will be treated like an inconvenience at this location and told “we’re too busy to help you.” It’s Nipomo. There was no one else in the store. It was such an unfortunate experience and I feel for anyone else who might run into the same issue and be unable to get any resolution. Save the time and energy and go to the store off Betteravia in Santa Maria. They were so willing to help and immediately returned the other phone and got me the one I wanted, not to mention they fixed issues the Nipomo location made. The team in SM was amazing. As someone who managed retail stores for almost a decade DON’T waste your time here. Sadly, You’re a number not a customer and once you’ve made a purchase good luck because they aren’t going to do anything to help you after that.
