George was a wonderful help when I rented a unit online. I was unable to find the unit location and George stopped what he was doing and led me to the right location. He was courteous, professional and turned a stressful situation into a smile. (Mine) Superb customer service!!

My wife and I were just robbed and entire unit was gone. the security of this property sucks anybody’s stuff will not be protected at all. They claimed insurance will cover, yes it may cover items but not the valuable of memories that were stored at this property. That was all I had- all my clothes and my artwork vanished. And my wife’s last items from her mother before she passed all gone.$2000 insurance claim doesn’t begin to cover $10,000 worth of items. Do NOT EVER RENT THIS PLACE!

Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Never had a back experience here, and only left because I'm moving. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the area.
