“My first time using HR Block because the CPA who did my taxes for years retired. I couldn't find a new CPA who could do them in time so I decided to try HR Block. I was so impressed! I'm sure there are some preparers who are better than others, but mine was great! My tax return is quite complex but Rachel M. handled it with no problem. She will definitely be my preparer from now on. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was fast, efficient, and careful. And very nice as well. It was more expensive than I anticipated, yet on par with my past CPA, but I believe they charge by the schedules/forms and I have a lot of them. Thanks Rachel. See you next year.”
