Pictures look beautiful, I wish we could have stayed here. We made a reservation, and pre-paid(!) for a non-refundable, non-cancellable reservation, over a month ago for my wife's birthday weekend. Coordinated multiple people's schedules to fly in for the weekend to celebrate her 50th. Less than 24 hours before we were due to check in, and after receiving multiple confirmations this week, we were told our reservation was cancelled. Resort said booking agency cancelled us, booking agency said resort cancelled. No real answers, just much frustration. 0/10, would not recommend.Noteworthy details: Terrible business model

Great suites, large units, love the BBQ, hot tub, heated pool. Entertainment room was very very outdated, too bad, could have been fun. Quiet and beautiful setting, Loved the private dock. Good info at check-in, liked the perks at some local places for staying at Worldmark. Could use more accessible parking spots. Need extendible mirrors in the bathroom. Good hot water and water pressure. Kind of loud to hear the upstairs people and the kids running around. I wish places would put kids in some buildings and leave other buildings free for no kids.

When you drive in the sight is rustic, full of plants & trees. Our room was upstairs & the person at the front desk sent some one to help us bring up our bags. In fact he said to stay in the room & he'd bring it all up. Awesome! The room was nice & comfortable. It was decorated very nice. We had great week.

First floor units could get noisy, if you get people on the top floor, which we did. Doors to the units slam shut with a loud noise. We're staying two weeks, no cleaning service, but you get replacement supplies. You have to pay for the WiFi.Our unit had a nice view.

Well appointed, very laid back. In the community of Nice at the N end of Clear Lake. Heated pool, about 20 yards, big enough to do laps in, and heated jacuzzi [and kiddie pool], outdoor table tennis, indoor billiards. Comfortable place to hang, but not much in the way of restaurants [good that it is has a full scale kitchen] or things to do. I definitely plan to return.Rooms: Well appointed, nice patio/balcony with gas grill; comfortable bed, lots of windows, comfortable seating, good wifiNearby activities: Not muchWalkability: Walk around Clear Lake to your heart's content.

Great pool, great hot tub, great access to the lake. The 1 bedroom (there are 2 bedrooms and studios and suites in this development) had everything. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen equipped with everything needed. We are a family of four - mom and dad and 2 sons, 11and 6. We were here for a week. We rented a boat for a day, swam in the lake a few times, hiked at Clearlake state park. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at size of rooms. Well their not rooms, their actually entire condos. It was obvious that they hadn't been kept up, as per all the cobwebs & drip stains above oven vent. First thing I noticed was the big stain on carpet. It looked like it was a spill that was never dealt with. We're not picky ppl, so I didn't complain. The 2nd time we stayed, they put us in a unit that has a huge eyesore of what I assume is an AC unit type thing, that has to power entire complex bc it's massive. This thing is directly in front of the entrance into unit. It looks very menacing & makes me a bit uneasy having my children around. Other than that, the place is beautiful & I do definitely recommend staying there. P. S, (other than Sarah, she was great) the women at front desk seemed a bit rude.

Only northern Cali WM after Windsor. On hwy 20E, actually in Nice, CA. Rooms are standard large and the top floors have two-story/two bedrooms. Really nice, like Angels Camp. BBQ/gas on porch.I am starting to like Clear Lake and want to go back. Initially it seems like not much around the area, but it is accessible to all Mendocino. Obviously the Lake is beautiful and you can rent something to float with, bunch of docks. I have driven around the Lake- takes 3-4 hours; neat to see the old one street towns. There are casinos, and some of the best restaurants are in there.Food is yet to be discovered. We went to a good restaurant with authentic Filipino food! Right on the Lake- beautiful.Random but the Sentry store before hwy 29 has the hands-down best whiskey selection I have ever seen- Pappy's, Wellers, Taylor's (4-grain-!!), even new Jack 10 AND 12, and MUCH more. Probkem- it's a museum with secondary prices! That sucks.

The resort is nice with swimming pools and spa, and fitness center. The grounds are nice. Clear Lake is across the street with a private pier for guests of the resort.Rooms: The one bedroom condo is very nice with a good kitchen and large living and dining area. There is a queen Murphy bed in the living room that accommodates other family members. The bathroom is ok. The shower head should be replaced as it rushes water out of head pelting your body. The bathroom needs a better venting system. Air conditioning is great.Noteworthy details: If you are not a worldmark member, you have to pay for wifi. We are Wyndham members who own Worldmark, and we still need to pay. It should be free.

We have stayed here before with no real issues but had some bad experiences this trip. Noise from guests above us was terrible until late at night. We had items secured to our boat that were stolen in the parking lot. Non resort guests were using the pool and spa three of the nights we were there. The surrounding area is extremely depressed. Lake is nasty green/brown during warm months due to algae bloom.
