Devil's Gulch hogs are soooo yummy! Getting a group together to split a whole hog or two is a bit of work, but lots of fun and really the best pork I've had. Kids are grown now, but so many good family memories around their hogs. David Chang's Momofuku pulled pork recipe was always a hit. Ditto home made bacon, smoked on the bbq and served at picnics, for breakfast, etc. Mark and the crew are very flexible, helpful about the process, will deliver the hog to a local butcher for packaging, sausage making, etc.

Tried the lamb and lamb liver today. Bought from SF pier building farmer market. It was AMAZING!!! So fresh and tasty. Love this place and will keep coming back~
