I am the friend that Douglas C mentions in his review. I purchased furniture from Tidelli several years ago and have been very satisfied with the product. I actually went to the Newport Beach store, FaceTimed with Douglas and the Tidelli staff and, expedited his product selections that day. In other words, we made the purchase quick and efficient for TidellI with a customer 350 miles away. Very disappointing the mgmt is aggressively trying to collect what seems like an egregious delivery charge, especially after a reasonable fee was agree to by the staff.Hopefully Tidelli will match their customer service with their quality product and resolve this in a reasonable way with their customer.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. A friend of mine in Newport Beach said you should look at Tidelli for some outside chairs, so I did. I ordered 6 chairs (they are very expensive) and a table (very expensive). I got my final order receipt (I have it and says order form), and Tidelli said to pay 1/2 now by credit card but the last half has to be a check (which I still think is very weird, and have not heard of that). But I agreed. When my furniture came in, I got a text from Isabel my sales person. She sent be the second half of my bill, but low and behold, she Tidelli added a $650 delivery fee. I called and said this is ridiculous, and you never informed me of a delivery fee -- let alone $650. I bought very expensive furniture and you tell me after the fact that "now" you are going to add a major delivery fee. I said I am not going to pay that and I should have been informed. Isabel then lowered this fee to $500. I said, no, I buy expensive furniture and I have never heard of this. Let alone be charged for this massive delivery fee after the fact. She would not budge.So, I called VISA and explained the situation. I showed VISA the order/sales slip and no delivery charge. And now, later, they are charging without informing me, I have to pay $650. VISA agreed this is outrageous and contacted Tidelli. I told VISA I would pay $150 and no more, and they agreed this is still a high but acceptable delivery charge. This took about a week or so for contact to happen.A few days later, after VISA called, I got this text from Isabel (only after I had VISA call, not before): "Good morning Mr. ____. Please could be sending Tidelli 2 checks, one for the shipping cost ($150.00) and the other for the difference to be paid for the furniture $_____. This way we will resolve this problem as soon as possible." I said thank you but I worry with the checks that you will go back on your word, and make me pay the $500 delivery fee. Isabel informed me this will not happen and going to come out of her commission (I have that text as well). So I sent in the checks and the two checks were cashed 4 days ago. I wrote to Nathielle in delivery at Isabel's request because she was out of the office (which to me is not acceptable either... Isabel should be handling this, not me).After my email to Nathielle, I get this email from Giacarlo, the Managing Partner there. It was fairly long, and here are a few sentences (they went back on their word after cashing my checks). "This is Giancarlo, Managing Partner of Tidelli. We received your payment, thank you. I am currently investigating ways to ship it the most economical way possible, as we are not in a position to subsidize freight for customers. For sure will be more than the $150 paid, but I am trying to minimize the difference for you." He also wrote that he did know about Isabel's and my conversation.So, I said this is unethical and possibly illegal what you are doing. Please honor the $150 delivery charge that I was promised Tidelli will accept. He wrote back (and this is where we are; I still do not have my furniture and everything is in limbo; needlesstosay... would anyone even want these chairs and table at this point in time... terrible service and ethical behavior): "This is the real unethical behavior." That's what me, a customer, Giacarlo wrote back to me! Never do business with this company please.

I love Tidelli! Their indoor/outdoor furniture is very comfortable and have beautiful colors and unique design. My back yard furniture is mostly from Tidelli and I am so proud of it!People at Tidelli are great too! My sales designer, Fernanda, is perfect! She has an amazing taste for interior design, knows the merchandise well and very patient with customers. Tidelli is my top number one when it comes to finding new furniture!

Beautiful store full of outdoor patio furniture and you can sit in the swinging chair and chill! Fernanda who works here is gorgeous and she has great taste in music!! Way to create a vibe!!

Statement pieces. I fell in love for the Painho chair and ended up buying for both of my houses. I like the design, the colors and the texture of the material. And they are very comfortable. Fernanda was great working on prices with me. Thank you! I will post a photo soon!

Tidelli's pieces are to die for! It's a combination of comfort, design, and color. I love their nautical rope material. It creates a very interesting texture. 100% recommended for anyone who wants differentiated outdoor furniture!
