Walkability: Very busy. Therefore a lot of traffic on Fridays.

We visited family vacationing here this week & we're very impressed by the villas, pool etc They really enjoyed their stay! I'm sure they will come back.
Nearby activities: The nearby beach at Crystal Cove was lovely. The Shake Shack above it was great for kids & all.
