Casablanca was my favorite vendor and the best experience for all of my wedding planning. The boutique itself is beautiful, warm and elegant. Narjess was amazing to work with when customizing my dresses. I loved going to the boutique for each appointment, it was something I looked forward to. Both dresses to came out beautifully and felt like a dream bride. I highly recommend the Casablanca Flagship store, it’s the best!

Our visit to Casablanca was fantastic. The stylist, Mahsa, was incredibly helpful, guiding my friend (the bride) through the selection process with expertise and enthusiasm! The range of dresses was impressive and we found a perfect gown with ease. I highly recommend Casablanca to any bride-to-be.

If you’re looking for your dream wedding dress, stop your search because Casablanca is it! As a bride (that cannot make a decision), Casablanca flagship was my first and ONLY place to look for my dream wedding dress. All the ladies there are very attentive to detail and make the process less stressful for you! My stylist pulled out dresses that I was exactly looking for and some that she thought I would fall in love with! It only took 5 dresses and I knew it was the one! I had all my alterations done here as well! I had moved out of state and the process was still so easy! Will forever cherish my wedding dress and I continue to fall in love with it every single day!? Thank you soo much Casablanca Bridal!

I wanted to thank you to Casablanca deeply, from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing dress shopping experience! We drank champagne and tried on so many dresses... It was honestly one of the best days I have ever had.I had so much fun trying on the different styles and Narjess the store manager is unbelievably good at what she does!!! She was so incredibly helpful, professional and informed. I've included a picture of the dress we created, because it was a truly collaborative process and I am so happy with it!I tried on one dress that was super sparkly which I was in love with, but I felt like it was only upscale and formal, but not necessarily bridal. Then I tried on a dress that I absolutely loved the beading and tulle, but didn't love the nude underlining. So Narjess put the sparkly lining underneath the beading that I loved! Then we customized it to have a deeper pluge, less rounded neckline, added a leg slit on the left side and added a corset back. For the finishing touches, she found a veil that matched the beading on my dress and added these gorgeous draped sleeves made of beading that also matched my dress.I was speechless with how customizable it all was. I am in LOVE with what we created. I honestly didn't expect myself to get so emotional when we figured it out, but I was and it was amazing.Even the day after, I broke down crying to my husband about how grateful I am for such an incredible and surreal experience I had with Casablanca.I come from humble beginnings, so growing up we didn't go shopping a lot or put much emphasis on clothes. So to be able to go into the store and try on anything I wanted felt so incredible.... and to be trying on beautiful couture wedding dresses at that!!! Truly one of the best days I've ever had.Again, thank you to everyone that was a part of this and helped me create my dream dress, I am forever grateful.With lots of love,Kait Gelbspan

The best bridal shopping experience! Working with Narjess and Abby made the process so simple and easy. I’m so in love with the beautiful custom dress they helped me create. It’s truly my dream dress! Not only did Narjess help make my dream dress happen within my budget but she also helped with expediting process since I had a rushed timeline! I am beyond pleased with the service, care and quality at Casablanca. I definitely recommend to all future brides!

Hands down the worst bridal experience ever. The lady assigned to me started off the appointment by telling me that i was shopping too early and that I wouldn’t be able to pick a dress after going to two other shops because i “overwhelmed myself with decisions”. She spent the entire appointment chastising me over my wedding choices from the venue to my shoes even as far to point out the heels i was wearing at the time and shaming me for wearing socks. (They were closed toe boots??) When I asked to see other dresses she would say that she would pull them and then never did. When asked why i haven’t gone with other dresses from other shops i stated that one of the dresses i fell in love with was out of my budget and that i was still going through my options. She then started telling me that if budget was a problem then i wouldn’t have much luck buying with them (they don’t sell dresses even close to the top of my budget). Overall the service was horrendous and i couldn’t enjoy the experience whatsoever because of their uppity attitude.

Had such an amazing experience at Casablanca bridal. My wedding is coming up in June and I was a bit pressed for time, I had already gone to other bridal stores in the area and could not find anything that I loved. I came to Casablanca referred by a friend and she was right I found my dream dress. Adrielle was my stylist and Narjess the manager knew exactly what I was looking for per my description. It was even hard to choose a dress because everything they chose for me was so beautiful. But between my mom and these lovely ladies I narrowed it down to THE ONE. The dresses are so well kept I am so happy with my purchase I highly recommend Casablanca to any bride looking for quality, tasteful designs and amazing customer service.

I’ve been to a couple bridal places for wedding dresses. This is probably my favorite one because of my stylist, Zandria. She truly listened to me and spent the time to understand my vision and my ideal dress, while still respecting my budget. She definitely knows what dresses to look for! I recommend all brides to stop by Casablanca to look for their dream wedding dresses :)

I went to Casablanca to try on dresses by myself and I was helped by the sweetest young lady, Belle. She made my experience so much fun and offered to take pictures of every gown so I could show family and friends afterwards. It felt like I was hanging out with a friend and I left just having the most positive and fun time which is important because trying on dresses can be stressful! I would recommend this boutique to any brides to be!!

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Casablanca. From the moment I walked in I just knew I would find my dress there. Everyone was so helpful - especially since I hadnt decided on a wedding date yet and was hoping to find a sample dress. We found the perfect sample dress, and Narjess was so helpful in booking all of my alterations with Sonya. Everytime I came in, they were both very encouraging in helping me make sure it was perfect, and didn't hesitate to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I took my dress home today and could not be happier!
