How do we enter the premises without being charged for parking? Every entrance has a self ticket machine for parking. $1.75 for 20minutes? So confusing to enter this place. I left and went elsewhere.

From one business professional to another - Terrible experience, spent three hours with them to re-establish my business bank account and this was after a second visit that took about an hour. Been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Overall poor execution, still couldn't even my account re-established. While I was waiting, one lady was on time for her 1:30 appt and the banker showed up 30 minutes late and told her to come back and re-schedule another time. I sold all my wells Fargo shares after witnessing the lack of care and follow through. Would not recommend, they literally hinder business. One star at best. I plan to transition all my accounts to a pro-business bank with respect for everyone's time.

I'm writing this as I am sitting in their lobby waiting for their "service" manager to figure out what they did to my account. Sitting for an hour. Clearly they don't care or read these reviews. She is the rudest person I have encountered ever in a bank, She is rude to the other employees this whole debacle happened because she could not be bothered to help her employee with my transaction. Will never be back

After 20 years of banking they can’t help with basic clients needs, but they are really good at opening fake accounts. If you know what’s good for you and your money leave Wells Fargo Bank ASAP!!!!

Long time WF customer. I've been to a lot of branches. This location, by far, is my favorite! Friendly and helpful bankers (Steve and Phillip). They acknowledge your presence and accommodates your needs. My go to for currency exchange, cashiers checks, business banking, etc. Thanks guys!

I've visited this branch twice in the last couple months for notary services at the advice of my mother's WF Advisors. Scott Otto was super quick and friendly each time. I'm not a member of WF, and still no charge since papers were for my mom's IRA account. Easy to make an appointment online. Impressed.

I came to this location to cash a Wells Fargo check, they told me that they will have to charge a fee in order to cash the check, even though the check is their own. Wells Fargo is so cheap if you bank with them they’ll charge you a fee for anything
