One of the worst costumer service I ever had in my life , they knows ATM isn’t working since 2weeks after I heard the cashier saying it on the phone , and they let people used like that , the money get deducted from my bank account without getting cash from ATm and it’s the only money I had , anyway I went inside , the girl is panicking the manager lost she doesn’t know what to do , they ask me to get a refund that will appear in my bank between 2 to 10 business days which’s crazy and doesn’t make any sense to take my money and to ask me to get it in 8 days lol , I have spent almost 1 hr at this branch and I promised myself that will be last time to deal with Wells Fargo , keep the good job Wells Fargo day after day you are losing costumer due to your hiring management ??♂️, hire competent people

This a “local” bank. I’m in Orange County on business, and have been a WF customer for twenty years. Have been using this branch all summer since my summer rental is near here. These poor employees have no skills in actively listening to a customer. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years. This might as well be a fast food. joint. Wow. Just wow.

Understaffed and long wait times. I have to make in-person deposits weekly, and every time there is at least a 30 minute wait in line. I have tried different days and time of the day, but it is never better. Has gotten worse since the closing of the nearby CDM location. Also merchant services here is non-existent, they direct you to an 800 number or take your information and somebody calls you days later. Will be switching our banking from here soon. Banks with much better customer service are located just a few blocks down PCH.

Horrible customer service. The bank manager wasn't even there and the pretend manager "Tu" was a moron and failed to do the basic tasks needed. Attempted a deposit that they refused to accept but when I called corporate C.S. they said it wouldn't be a problem. But Tu still refused. The branch was understaffed and a horrible representation of WFB

Waiting time is excessive. Only one teller to work the line? Either the company is not paying competitively to hire more tellers or management is not doing a good job at mobilizing the work force appropriately.

This bank by far is the worst wellsfargo in the history of Wells Fargo. Every. Single. Time. We go the customer service is horrible. The "supervisor" katlyn the tattooed chest lady makes us customer feel like we inconvenience her. We ended up closing our account. Shame on you Wells Fargo. Do better!

I Normally wouldn't think to Leave a Yelp review about a banking experience but I thought the man who helped me was nice and went out of his way to see if I needed anything more I had a few questions and he answered them without making me feel stupid which in the past I have dealt with at banks anyway thanks Devon with the beard I appreciated your help today

I go to a couple different Wells Fargo's for work, this is by far the best one. Every teller ( and the branch manager) I've worked with has been so helpful and they have an amazing attitude. Gloria is amazing, she was a huge help today so I wanted to leave a review.
