We went in to get some help with my mom’s account and big shout out to Jake Mcmahon. He was so friendly, helpful and resourceful. It took us only about 15 minutes and everything’s done! Very ideal for clients who want to be in and out quick. Best if you make appointment in advance though. Thank you so much Jake. You’re a true professional!

This is the worst bank branch. They never pick up the phone. I spent all day trying to get through. I drove 30 miles to the bank to get my issues dealt with to be told the manager Sabrina wasn’t in. Stay away from this branch like the plague.

Best Wells location I have ever consistency used! All the employees are wonderful and seem to genuinely care about my service dog-they always offer him treats and remember his name! If I could leave zero stars I would they have 5 bankers not one can do a wire they basically wouldn’t let me access my own funds. Also they don’t pay any interest on accounts couldn’t get my 500k loan done on my office after have over 1 mil in my cash plus having 8 months working on the loan. Save yourself the time go to chase bank or first republic way better banks to bank with pay higher rates on deposits lower rates on loans and most importantly actually allow you to access your funds

While the tellers are very nice and try to accommodate, the management leaves a lot to be desired. Appear disorganized, uninformed and make you feel like you are interrupting them when you need their help.

Bank manager at the PCH location, across the street from Billy’s at the Beach is completely and utterly incompetent. I came in this week to simply deposit a check from a Canadian bank (in US dollars). The manager kept asking me questions about my business with the merchant I received the check from. Treating me like I’m a interrogation suspect. Completely rude and uncalled for.Then she made me sit in the lobby until she could figure out how to deposit the check. There was a gentleman behind me who also had a check from a Canadian bank and she forced him to also sit in the lobby by me. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the bank manager called me back over and told me the check will need to go to collections and I would need to wait 4-7 weeks to have my check deposited into my account. I’ve deposited several of these checks before with NO issue and tried to explain this to her several times. I told her that’s not correct. Her only response was, “Yes.” I grabbed the check from her and told her I’m going to another location to deposit the check.I went into another Wells Fargo location a couple miles away on 17th street and the teller deposited it into my checking account immediately without an issue. And with a smile on her face as well. The funds were in my account the next day. What a completely useless bank manager at the PCH location.

Poor customer service, still only taking appointments for simple bank issues - bankers never available - typically sitting @ desk alone on cell phones- but to busy to help walk in customers just poor customer service in general -

The people who work here are gracefully putting up with arrogant customers demanding immediate service (there was hardly any wait), making snide and passive aggressive comments. I was appalled by the behavior of their clients, and impressed with the way they graciously handled it. I hope management shows appreciation for their very professional staff.

Attempted to get information regarding a refinancing. After my two calls and their promises to get back to me, they did not call me back for nine days. I again inquired about some information and I did not receive a call for several more days. Customer service is terrible. Tried to deal with “Connor” and “Matt” and both were less than enthusiastic about doing business.

This is the best banking experience I have had in my tenure. Nima is absolutely amazing goes above and beyond on every wire and cashiers checks I get. Jairo is one of the most professional and knowledgeable bankers I have used. The whole team is truly amazing, Connor, Duncan and Bruce are all truly the best in the banking world! Thank you all!
