Worst customer service in Orange County. Been waiting for over 45 minutes trying to cash a check from account who banks with WFB.

While the tellers are very nice and try to accommodate, the management leaves a lot to be desired. Appear disorganized, uninformed and make you feel like you are interrupting them when you need their help.

The people who work here are gracefully putting up with arrogant customers demanding immediate service (there was hardly any wait), making snide and passive aggressive comments. I was appalled by the behavior of their clients, and impressed with the way they graciously handled it. I hope management shows appreciation for their very professional staff.

This is the best banking experience I have had in my tenure. Nima is absolutely amazing goes above and beyond on every wire and cashiers checks I get. Jairo is one of the most professional and knowledgeable bankers I have used. The whole team is truly amazing, Connor, Duncan and Bruce are all truly the best in the banking world! Thank you all!

Very helpful and friendly. The staff are very progressional and they take care of you. I will definitely go back there for more business.

Not the greatest bank. Their customer service is very textbook and cookie cutter. The service the teller provided was very passive and quite rude. Considering switching banks

Not the best treatment of a client comes in to open an account. I did finally get my account opened, but the mistake was made I am a business not a dba of my own name. I did get the error fixed. I then had to go into the bank for a problem. I was listened to and helped, but not in the way a bank should resolve an issue with a client. Wells seems to like to do what Wells wants to do as many banks appear this way as it's easier than admittance of fault or error. Divisions of all banks run on a generic solution regardless of fact or fiction. Sad when this bank has no care to a client in the way a client should be treated. The excuse of a back office is as lame as well. Either be right to a client or go out of business is my motto.

I have lived in Newport for about 7 years and have dealt with this bank regularly. I have found their staff to have little knowledge of Wells Fargo products, a disappointing lack of professionalism, and generally poor communication skills (via telephone or Email). There are so many options for banks these days, why trust your money to such a disappointing organization? I would not recommend.

The company itself may be a soulless predatory entity, but at least the people working here were nice. Duncan and Mary recently helped me out and were very friendly and efficient. Thankful that there are still some good people working for this company

Wells Fargo's ATM's are handled but outside company dispute on ATM transactions can only be handled by telephone the bank says they don't have anything to do with the ATM
