One teller with a long line of people waiting This branch always has only one teller available. You can hear there are a number of employees in the back office talking and Laughing The manager should be fired. This is the worst WF branch. I asked to talk to the manager. She refused to come out of the back office. Terrible customer service.

The worst customer service. The manager wasn't really helpful even when the Branch was empty. The teller tried to help me but the manager said not to help me and that I had to make appointment, THE BANK WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!! This was the reason why I close my business account , customer service so bad.

I have banked at this branch for over 15 years. Jamie is the Branch Manager and she is excellent. I hade some issues with a deposit that nobody from Wells Fargo customer service department could seem to resolve. I then went to the Newport Coast branch and spoke with Jamie and she broke the logjam and resolved the issue. She also helped me with a needed notarization. Great customer service which is much appreciated.

So, I figure why not try out this bank again and give it another try because I have family that works for wells. I have had bad experiences in the past with this location and their customer service. So, I come in and it's pretty empty. I just needed a notary done. They asked me if I had an appointment - I said no. They said oh we only do appointments but I can see if someone can help. Mind you it's empty in there and they are all just sitting around. All I needed was a signature... he comes back and tells me they are really busy and can't help me for another 20-30 mins maybe. As I look around again- no one is busy besides two of the tellers helping two customers. So, I decide to leave.

We went to this branch regarding my wife's credit card issued. Wendy, one of the super helpful bankers, spent more than 2 hours to solve the problem. Thank you Wendy!

I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Everyone has been extremely friendly at this location. Leila is awesome. She has helped us several times with banking issues.
