Stopped in at 3pm 2/24 was very slow I asked if my son 8yr could open a savings account (he was excited to) and they mentioned that all their bankers were booked, meanwhile the bankers were just sitting at their desks and one was just browsing randomly on the internet, great example to my son about customer service! Heading to Chase Bank

It has been one year since my initial review of this group and my positive feeling has been justified. Scott Sutcliffe is my professional advisor and his team has been very helpful in moving my account from UBS to WF. My annual fees have fallen. Access online is easy. All team members are easy to reach. Any questions I've had concerning investment issues are well resolved and responded to. The old UBS team was good, but my new team seems even better. I'm not yet ready to give 5 stars at the one year mark, but will follow up within the coming year as required.A larger team is not always a responsive one. When I had my account at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney I had a huge team with nobody really able to answer questions except one low placed clerk. Needless to say, glad I'm not with them any more.

I bought my new home and went with Charlie Chu at Wells Fargo. He was very helpful and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Go with Charlie instead if you don't want to get ghosted.

Chris, the bank manager, went above and beyond to ensure all my statement needs were taken care of. He was patient, thorough and I left the bank grateful I have stayed with Wells Fargo for all these years.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, incompetent financial/investment services ever received. The branch manager Chris Ferguson, went out of his way to be dismissive which is inconsistent with the service typically received. Have been a Wells Fargo customer for a long time, unfortunate you have to go outside of Wells Fargo to receive competent, professional service. Chase happily took care of basic banking service.
