  Stopped in at 3pm 2/24 was very slow I asked if my son 8yr could open a savings account (he was excited to) and they mentioned that all their bankers were booked, meanwhile the bankers were just sitting at their desks and one was just browsing randomly on the internet, great example to my son about customer service!
