I recently visited Vital Urgent Care, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which instantly put me at ease. The medical doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, providing thorough explanations and treatment options which was very comforting. I never felt rushed. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical care.

Dr. Ali and his staff were very thorough. They took the time to understand what I needed. The office is beautiful, clean and efficient. I’m very glad he is my doctor!

This place is great. I’ve passed by it for years and never tried it. I had a bad fall from a horse and these guy took amazing care of me over a weekend. The staff is professional and the office is very welcoming and clean. I’d highly recommend.

I was on vaca but got sick. I was extremely impressed with all the staff. I ended up having to go in every day for three days and I saw three different healthcare providers and was impressed with all of them. The friend I was staying with on my vacation told me she hoped I would see Agnes but none of the three I saw were her, but it didn’t matter. Each one of them listened carefully, I have a lot of problems with medication’s so they have to be careful with doses and they were. Each one told me I could return for an additional follow up shot. They were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. The medical assistants were wonderful and the receptionist remembered my name from the first time I was there to the second time I would use this place of business as my regular doctors if I lived in the vicinity!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Fast and speedy appointments. No crowded waiting rooms. Very friendly staff. Was able to do the Tuberculin test for $5. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back if needed.

I had such a wonderful experience at vital UC. The nurses and PA's were so friendly and efficient. The environment is clean and stress free. Also, huge shoutout to the nurses for handling a not so pleasant patient who came in and started screaming at them because he didn't want to take the covid test. They remained calmed and followed proper procedure, even though he was mis treating them. Definitely recommend this place for sure !

They felt disorganized to me if you come here for a pre op. I waited outside forever and it was Covid only at the tent. There is no sign that says it is Covid only there and looks like the office check in. Finally I went inside after a patient asked me what the line was for because the clinician at the tent was not managing the line. Since the clinician was not managing the line I called 3 times and it went straight to voicemail even though I could see inside at the desk they were not picking up the phone to provide me directions on where to go. Wait outside or come in... Management needs to troubleshoot. Have a sign that says Covid testing other patients go inside. I recommend they reconfigure for a better patient experienceThe nurse and doctor that helped me were very nice and I appreciated that.

I just had the worst experience ever Yanira there was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the medical industry, especially when patients are severely ill. She repeatedly lied about their policies and called me a liar, disrespecting me.I have been extremely sick for a month I went there two weeks ago and I’ve not gotten better.

I needed a last minute test and was able to get an appointment for just half an hour later! They were fast and considerate. I would come again and recommend!

What started off as a great experience quickly turned confusing. The communication and texting prior to the appointment was excellent. The directions told me to get there 15 min early and get in line for the covid test.I got there with my son, went inside and was told I needed to go outside for the test under the canopy. We go back outside and speak with a woman that has black hair in a ponytail. I tell her I'm there for the covid test. She said that I was supposed to wait in my car and they would come out to me. She even asks me to point out which car is mine.We are there 10 min early so I think no problem. As we're waiting in the car, we see her leave and come back, eating food, having a conversation and laughing with a guy that is now there.I'm trying not to stare but I'm confused...who's supposed to come out to the car? No one's in line, she's eating, they're talking...finally almost 10 minutes after my appointment I go back to her. My son is hungry and having a hard time at this point.I go up to her and ask, Is someone supposed to come to our car? She said yes! Then she said she has to go check if they're ready, and abruptly rushes off behind a door.I look at the guy and ask, I'm here for a covid test, do I follow her? He said that he does the test right there...he gets my info does the swab and I'm done!I asked him, why did she tell me to wait in my car? He said he didn't know. He said I should have told the person inside and that woman why I was there. I said that I did tell both of them. He just said he had no idea why.I would give more stars for him but the woman's communication was bizzarre. She pretended that she had to "go check if they were ready" to escape the situation, it seems.The test results came back quickly and easily. I'm trying to understand what happened but it's hard to figure out. She basically lied about everything when Just an honest explanation would have been fine.It looks like it was her break and she didn't want to deal with us. We'll, she could have told the guy there is an appointment waiting in their car....but that seems made up that you have to wait in the car so she didn't even remember, although we were right there in plain sight.Forgive this rant, but my son and I were both not feeling well and wanted a quick simple test at the appointment time.I think this is prob an ok place to get the test IF the employees are like the guy. Hats off to him for doing his job well, being friendly and emphathetic.
