Felix illegally had our car towed - one of us was inside Starbucks, one of us walked across the street. We have proof of this and plan to take legal action unless the owner of this shopping center can make this right. Sad that Felix has such a boring and meaningless job that he has time to have PAYING patrons cars towed. The businesses in this shopping center should beware of the negative effect Felix has on their business.

You will get towed for eating at one of the restaurants. What a joke.

I loved coming here to eat some bear flags and walk around the cute area. I recently parked here and I came back to my car missing along with others’ cars being towed. It’s just so wrong that a person would just be constantly watching if we’ve ate or walked across the street and immediately tow our car. It’s safe to say I will not be coming back here again. I came to eat with my grandma and mom who I barely get to see and they had to witness us trying to retrieve our car and also paying a hefty $540 fee. If you’re reading this beware of Felix. He’s the man who reported us and had our cars towed along with a whole bunch of others that were in the same area.

I have become increasingly uneasy about visiting this center due to a concerning issue I've encountered. While I genuinely appreciate the plaza and the various establishments it offers, such as Bear Fish Flag Co and others, there appears to be an individual referred to as the "Car Cowboy" who actively engages in towing vehicles. This situation has unfolded multiple times at the Starbucks location, where I have witnessed numerous vehicles being towed away.In an attempt to clarify the regulations, I approached this person to inquire about any time restrictions for parking. Surprisingly, they informed me that no such limits exist. I am perplexed as to how they monitor and determine whether patrons have left or are still present within the center. This lack of transparency has left me feeling anxious, as I fear that my own vehicle might be towed despite remaining within the premises, just like what has happened to others. Therefore, I am compelled to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs at this center. It is disheartening that a place I once enjoyed visiting now evokes such discomfort and apprehension. I kindly request that immediate attention be given to this matter to ensure a fair and consistent approach to parking enforcement, and to restore a sense of safety and trust among visitors to the plaza.

These scumbags will tow your car with no warning, no explanation and for absolutely no reason. They will make up whatever BS excuse to try to justify their actions but the fact of the matter is, they don't care if you are a paying customer of the Lido plaza or not. They will just simply and indiscriminately tow your car if they feel it has been sitting there longer than they would like...whatever time frame that may be. These crooks just make up their own "rules" as they go. How any of this is legal is beyond me. Also note, there is no clear sign indications of what these frauds considered their rules to abide by when parking there is. Since I spend so much time in that area I have seen them do this to countless paying customers who were simply walking back to their car after lunch.
