“I cannot recommend Back Bay enough! I was first recommended this place by my friend. I brought in one of my dogs to get a second opinion since another vet had diagnosed my dog with neurological issues and would need an MRI. Dr. Estefan examined my dog and caught that my dog had a kidney (and other organ) issue. I was so thankful that I got a second opinion because I would have spent so much on an MRI. Dr. Estefan took his time with my dog in the examination room and was so kind to him. He was patient and very informative. He would recommend products that he would use on his own dogs. Dr. Estefan had made recommendations that best fit my dog which were a blood and urine test and then an ultrasound. I had countless questions concerning my dog, and Dr. Estefan would never hesitate to answer my questions. Because of Dr. Estefan, my dog is in a much better state and hopefully will live a longer life. Thank you so so much, Dr. Estefan. Thank you to Dr. K as well! He was able to inform me that my dog has arthritis and he made sure to only provide necessary services. I feel like other vet places will make you get multiple products to treat your dog, but Dr. K was different. He believes in natural support to help, and I appreciate that. He was so nice and funny. I wanted to also shout out some other individuals from here. Thank you to Adrian for being so kind and patient to my dogs. Thank you to Lexi for taking care of my dog when he was there for the ultrasound. Thank you to Jessica for being patient and willing to answer my questions. Not only are the staff nice here, but the vet office is clean and has an overall good environment. Bring your little ones to Back Bay!”

“I have known Dr Earl for about 6 years. Four years ago, I was rescued by a little Chihuahua, Rigby who owns my heart. He has the tendency to be sick weekends. I started struggling because Dr Earl doesn’t work on weekends. I tried to find a vet that would be able to see Rigby when Dr Earl is not working. I had no where to run that I could trust and feel safe. They work Monday through Friday and he’s always there. They never neglected Rigby’s pain. He is caring, he always makes us feel welcome even when we are stressed and worried. Dr Earl loves his patients and is so empathetic with everyone. I could also speak the same good things about his crew, Daniel, Suzy, Nick, Erin, Sam and Ulisses. It’s the only place that I feel safe bringing Rigby. Dr Earl and his full staff make us feel like we're part of the family due to their level care and concern for our precious dogs welfare.”

“Dr Nichols is super smart, always kind and makes herself available for urgent matters. Every time I’ve brought my dogs in, she knows exactly what the problem is and the confirmatory tests she runs always confirm her initial diagnosis. She has also found problems that I had not noticed and was able to treat them before they got bad. I highly recommend Mariners Mile Pet Clinic and am thankful for them all the time.”

“Highly recommend this location for your pet emergency. Last night we noticed a weird pump on our poor fur baby. After googling to figure out what it could be, turns out it was an anal gland abscess. We schedule an appointment with her primary care vet for the following day. However after we got back from a walk she scooted on our carpet and it ruptured. There was blood everywhere. We wanted her to be seen asap. So we went on yelp and called a couple locations closest to us and asked for wait times. The two closest emergency room to us told us 4-8 hour wait. And that would have been hard for us with a new baby at home. We were about to just settle and make the wait and take turns. However on my way out of our home I made 1 last call. The receptionist who took my call was really sweet and informative. She said it could be about an hour wait due to them having patients already but she would try her best. Once I got there and completed the paperwork, we were roomed right away. And literally 10 mins later the doc walked in. We were then given a quote (which was extremely reasonable to our surprise) and told they would call us when she was ready for pick up. I arrive home and moments later called to let us know our fur baby was ready for pick up! I arrive there around 745pm and picked up our baby and started heading home around 920pm. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. We know that this was not usually the normal wait time and we got so lucky. The staff and doctor were excellent. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much central Orange County emergency animal hospital. You guys made a tough situation for us so easy.”

“My boyfriend brings our dog here for mainly boarding and now vet services and I must say it has always been a wonderful experience. Whenever we need our dog looked at by the doctor he is always available and always answers all of our concerns. He even gave us his personal phone number in case we have any concerns. Now that's a doctor that really cares about his patients!! From other vet offices I been to before, I never had an actual one on one conversation with the doctor who will explain every treatment plan he has to offer and he is very reasonable and does not feel like a transaction each time we go in. I always feel like our dog is always in good hands when we bring him in for anything that we are highly concerned about. The receptionist are also very friendly and always make us feel welcomed. Their vet visit is only $78 which I think is pretty cheap from other locations here in Newport that I been to for vet services. Their boarding is always great for when we need to board our dog last minute or when we need to go for vacation. Their staff is very great at being very communicative when it comes to our dog's health while he is boarding and are always giving us updates when we call to ask how he is doing. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a compassionate doctor and staff!!!”
