“I love going to this shop! It is just a few steps away from the Newport pier. The owner, Yalcin, is so welcoming and nice. He cares for his customers and provides the best product selection I've seen in Newport Beach and his prices are fair. The interior of the store is also a lot more modern and cool than your regular tobacco stores in the area. I definitely recommend you to check out this store for your next tobacco visit to support small businesses!”

“This shop was a little tricky to get to because it's next to that Mamba club and the lot was full since I went at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Also the parking lot is kinda one way so if you aren't assertive and an awkward person (as I am) then you might get forced back onto Beach Blvd. BESIDES THAT... I was pretty impressed with the place! They had a huge selection of product and the guy was SO nice! They had a bell so I didn't have to stand around like an idiot (my experience at other shops). I for sure recommend this place to others.”

“What an amazing business! Personal service and great prices. Edgar is fantastic! I'd always wanted to try CBD for my 17 year old and partially paralyzed cat, Gary. First, I'd like to say that Gary does "walk" but sometimes his legs give out and if he's laying too long in one position and tries to get up he'll drag himself until I say, "Kick your leg out!" He then sturdies himself with his stronger leg and gets back on his feet! Edgar listened to me explain Gary's condition and my concerns about his joints that are developing arthritis and recommended the perfect product! He was so wonderful and personable. I was there for quite a while just talking with him about cats and life in general! I can't think of a business I've ever had such a wonderful experience with where the employees are just great people!!! The prices are fantastic and the shop is immaculate! To me that says so much about how everyone who works there takes great pride in their job and want the customers to have a great experience! I didn't feel silly asking questions and was given valuable information about how to use the CBD. Oh my stars! I got home and gave Gary his "medicine" and it worked perfectly! He felt so much better and became more affectionate because he was feeling better! Edgar helped give me my baby back! Gary used to stand on his hind legs and reach up for pets and he's doing that again!!! Gary now does this goofy thing where he'll stop walking and use his one hind leg to scratch his belly for a few seconds! Lmao So, not only is he balancing on his bad leg; his joints feel better so he can raise his leg up to do a quick scratch! Hahaha It's quite entertaining to watch! He's a little obsessed with his big belly! He also keeps looking at the couch like he could jump up! I know he will soon! Thank you Edgar for your advice, product knowledge and giving me some wonderful new memories with my baby! You are a great person and good soul! Vape First is lucky to have you!”

First time is always a crapshoot; price gouging, pushy/rude employees, small selection, etc. only to walk out after being rushed and pressured into buying something you didn’t even want. I’m sure many of you’ve had a similar experience.First time here and luckily there was none of that. Instead of boring you with a novel, I’ll keep it short and sweet. (Edit: I lied)Ned helped me out today. Start to finish. Came in looking to buy only a torch. Also wanted to browse their nectar collector selection.The sheer volume of different products they carry here is amazing. If you need something smoke/vape related, chances are they’ll have it here.The prices are very fair, and on average a bit lower then other smoke shops.The best thing though is the service. You get a big, warm smile and welcome, and you’ll get the sense they really want to help you choose the right product. Ned was very knowledgeable and I never once felt uncomfortable asking any kind of question. They treat you like family here. It really brightens one’s day.Ended buying a torch and a nectar collector, and Ned even cut me a deal. This is a business I enjoy giving my money too.If you’re in the area and haven’t been before, you’re missing out.”
