I walked in and asked about a change of address, and the clerk was extremely rude to me and told me to go online and to pay the money for the change of address. I was told by my mailman to get a change of address form and do not use the online change of address because it’s having a lot of challenges. I explained to her that I wanted to have a change of address form to fill out and she basically told me to get out and cut me off and was unbelievably rude. The other workers did nothing and just ignored the whole situation. This is got to be the worst post office and these people are obviously protected. What a sad situation. Well it’s been a month and a half and I have yet to see any of my mail. I tried going online and doing the change of address, but it didn’t work for me and it hasn’t worked for other people who have moved like I have to Las Vegas. My post office, the problem is with the California post office, where they never acknowledged or they keep holding my mail and are not releasing it.

This place is TERRIBLE. Clerks are rude. They should quit and become bartenders at Blackies Bar at the Newport Pier where its cool to be a rude bartender! Always a long line. If you mail in your Po Box payment they must throw in the trash as I have never had them receive one so my payment is always late 3 years in a row now. If you are looking for rude go to Blackies Bar as at least you'll get a drink. They have Newport Bitchen attitude without even leaving in Newport. Go elsewhere which must be what they want.

This post office definitely needs more than 1 person tending customer service!!!Also, whenever I have a delivery from anyone, 9 times out of 10, this post office doesn’t put a key in my P.O. Box…I have to go to customer service to get my delivery and they’re CLOSED on the weekend!!!!! Maybe 1 star is too much!

I have had a PO Box at this location for years. There is a man at this location that should be retired. He’s rude, complains about something every time I have the unfortunate opportunity of having him wait on me. Friday was the last straw. He made a comment and then waved his hand at me as if to dismiss me. If he hates his job and the customers he waits on them find something else to do. I also found out he worked at the post office on Camelback and was rude to people there as well. Shame on the post office for just moving him to another location only to continue to disrespect customers.

Line is typically out the door, maybe that's my own d*** luck. I was there on monday afternoon. Non holiday. Line was out the door with one person working. So used the self service kiosk. But the larger package loader was locked. Hope my package makes it. Maybe in the next century. They'll figure it out.....

Always rude and slow. Make sure to bring your own tape because if you don’t have your things taped up, you have to buy a small $4 roll that isn’t even clear tape making it pretty impractical for a shipping business. An older male employee snapped at me because I was taking too long trying to figure out how to use the tape I just had to purchase without covering up the bar code. Very unprofessional and I would avoid if you can.

Was just in here mailing something and one of the employees Mike was being so rude to people. Luckily he did not help me but I feel like I need to say something because of how inhospitable he was. If you are miserable and don't like your job, quit. You should not be talking that way to anyone let alone elderly people that need your help.

Service 0/5 starts. Phone number is unavailable to reach anyone because the phone number doesn't work. Just bad. Read the other reviews.

The worst post office I've ever been to! Waited about 15 minutes in line because there was only one person working. When it was my turn, the post lady said she can't provide me a little tape that I needed to put the address on my package. She said they only give tape to priority, not standard shipping! Forget it!

Go somewhere else! Consistently long lines because the understaffed personnel like to have unnecessarily long conversations with customers and try to up sell on products. Move it along, especially when you see a line.

I haven't been to this post office, I was looking for my closest location. I am huge on customer service, and from what it sounds like most people have experienced bad customer service from the employees there, particularly a female. I don't understand how a company or a business can afford to continue having an employee that doesn't care for others and the reputation of their business, it sounds like someone needs to get fired.

Working at usps customer service is not a glamour job. Moe has made it light hearted and remembers his customers. A little humor and lightness goes a long way.
