The employee Sally (the Asian one) is completely rude. How can you have someone like that on costumer service? Terrible attitude, doesn’t like explaining, even she didn’t respond my questions. It was a really bad experience.

Very bad experience with MOE , the worst customer service ever , he not supposed to be in this position , I’m not recommending this office to anyone just because him , he’s a bad person

This post office definitely needs more than 1 person tending customer service!!!Also, whenever I have a delivery from anyone, 9 times out of 10, this post office doesn’t put a key in my P.O. Box…I have to go to customer service to get my delivery and they’re CLOSED on the weekend!!!!! Maybe 1 star is too much!
