I come to this post office more than any other post office. It opens at 7:30 and the drop box is open pretty late also. Except on Sundays. I ship a lot of online sales, so this helps get my packages out fast.

Everyone who works here are so nice and kind and helpful except SALLY. why is she ANGRY and GRUMPY all the time? All the time. I'm not exaggerating. I have a small business so I use USPS service really often, and every time I visit l hope to god Sally won't take care of my packages... she kind of ruins my mood for like 5 minutes after the visit. What did I do? Happened so many times, I feel that I should leave a review here. I just visited again and I couldn't understand what I was seeing on the screen so I said "I'm sorry, I don't understand" and she was MAD, that I didn't get it at the first time. She has such a soft tiny quiet voice. She finally spoke a little louder (still hard to hear) "2 day or 3 day???!" Ah man. I felt so bad she was so angry. Her face is so obvious, soooooo easy to read. She doesn't try to hide it at all. Why do you hate me so much Sally? Thanks for your help today but I only want to ship out my packages that is all. P.S. aren't you supposed to ask if my package contains dangerous things that aren't supposed to ship out? She never asks about that, she just hardly talk. No explanation or even questions. I wonder why. :-T

Under the present Covid-19 mask mandate in public places, I was unnerved that two employees had their mask under their nose instead of completely covering their nose and mouth.

Madeline worked in earnest to resolve the delivery issue that I was having. She also checked back in with me to make sure that the supervisor that I was waiting for had seen me. I appreciate the effort that she made.

Do you people ever answer your phone? I have been trying to call you guys for a week now multiple times a day and it is very frustrating not being able to do Taft you guys about my package that has been there a week and no delivery.

When dealing with government agencies, the expectations should be set pretty low but the staff at this post office do raise the bar. Very nice and professional and they seem genuinely interested in helping out the customers. That's a passing score in my book!

If I could give it no stars I would - you queue for ages only to be greeted by the most incompetent staff. They leave you halfway through the process to go on a break. I have only ever experienced one pleasant member of staff, on one occasion of many. They have ‘lost’ important mail of mine and are unbelievably unhelpful. Charge you a fortune for services you do not request and shrug their shoulders when you try and raise a concern. Shocking

WORST Post Office on the planet. All the sudden, our neighborhood has not been getting mail until 8 pm or later. One night this week, it never came. Last night, it was delivered at 9:30 pm. I never complain, but this absolutely needed to be addressed. None of my neighbors want to call because they don't want to make the service worse. (Is that possible?) I called 16 times this morning and got disconnected each time. On my 17th call, I was immediately placed on hold for 59 minutes. While I was holding, I finally called from another phone. I think a person answered, never asked for my address or neighborhood... but she combatively "explained" they may need to hire someone new, and reassured me that at least I'm getting my mail... I thanked her for her incredible assistance. That's what's interesting about the post office. There really isn't an option, so we all need to extend a little grace with the process. However... providing consistently poor service, or not providing any at all, and telling the "customer" there's nothing to complain about, isn't remotely acceptable. Save your time. Save your sanity. Go ANYPLACE else. Or employ a carrier pigeon. It would be more reliable.

They had a problem managing the facility: Their solution? Punish the paying customers- they have effectively decreased the hours one can access the inside P.O. Boxes, vending, drop offs, etc. One of the worst managed postal stations in Orange County.
