It takes a lot of practice to be this consistently incompetent. Hands down the rudest and least caring post office I've ever dealt with. Can't ever get the same answer twice and every employee there seems to have their own idea about why they fail at pretty much every facet of services they provide. One star is two stars too many.

I used to come here every day when I lived in Corona Del Mar. 20 years later I guess now this is where they sent all the mentally deficient people to work, wow!

Horrible service. I also got a package lost that showed delivered. Last time I tried to drop a package with the clerk, supervisor told me to drop at the machine, the line was not even longer . It’s been a day and says expecting package ?. It’s been 4 days and track still doesn’t show in transit .

This post office is completely disorganized. I was offered a holiday clerk position there. Was told to report to work on Monday November 20, 2023 at noon. I went to orientation Sunday November 19, 2023 at 6am. Today the 20th I showed up for my six week assignment at 20 minutes till noon. Mike burns the manager said there was no holiday position there for me. I turned other holiday work down for this position and the post office and management simply does not care. Said there is nothing they can do. Very disorganized and uncaring.

I get mail here and have a PO Box, staff is extremely kind and helpful. They are also very quick and understanding. In particular, Anastasia helped me out with an issue today and I left feeling highly satisfied, thank you!

Came here for passport services.INCOMPETENT staff. Even after having an appointment they will be LATE to call you in. Very rude staff. They will not offer help of any kind.Maybe some supervisor may take notice of customer complaints. Oh wait, it’s USPS. Once you get a job you are there forever. No performance reviews no customer grievance to address. Just chill and take the salary and then the pension ?

worst post office i've ever been to. They lost my package twice, and have given me no help as to where my package still currently is. i ordered in early May, it is now July and I still have yet to receive it. I went in to simply pick it up last week because i missed the delivery of course and received no help. the lady spent about 2 minutes looking for it in the back and told me she couldn't find it, then proceeded to tell me to call back at 5/5:30, little did i know that's closing time:))) So i scheduled a redelivery that was supposed to be here days ago but still no package. don't bother calling either because i promise you they won't answer. Good luck doing any business here
