The staff here are amazingly helpful human beings. We needed a rush print order and the machinery was acting up. The staff let me know about the delay and then the owner took it upon herself to help us outside of normal business hours. She really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. When I have dropped off Amazon returns the staff members have also been polite and helpful. I am really impressed by their kindness and professionalism and I think others will appreciate them too. Thank you!

The Amazon package return service is great - fast and seamless. The notary service are not - I made an appointment online for 10:30. They called to ask to change it to 12:00. I rearranged my plans and got there just before noon. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and the notary is not here yet and the store cannot give me any info on the expected arrival. Huge waste of time!

They advertise Notary service but this is Misleading. They Notary doesn't know what he is doing. They have handled my notary needs incorrectly three separate times and I just ended up going to the Mailroom Newport Beach to have them do the same exact document they said couldn't have been done. If you have an amazon return sure but do not recommend for Notary. Unfortunate since they are so conveniently located in Town.

Went in to mail vehicle title to its new owner, paid extra for priority and package was lost. Unable to refund me as they are still trying to find the package 7 days later. Save yourself the inconvenience and go to another store where they pay attention to detail.

I had to send a Star Wars lightsaber to Texas, because is glass and long and it needed to be packed by the "experts" to ensure the toy can make it safe and in one peace, right?I paid without complaining or questioning the price to ship it. Paid insurance up to $200. The off market price without being customized is 199.00 but it was customized inside of Disneyland so the price is higher. Well, guess what? It disappeared MAGICALLY somewhere between the store and the carrier. NO ONE APOLOGIZED and never took responsibility for it. TheY keep blaming the driver, UPS customer service blames the store because even thought a tracking number and everything was generated by the store the driver that picks the packages never received it from the store. WHO KNOWS. The store employees keep repeating it was picked. Anyway, this review is a little bit late because this happened couple of months ago and still nothing has been resolved. Is not only about the toy itself is the magic being customized in Disneyland from a kid on his birthday, an 11 year old kid that loves Star Wars and was waiting for his toy. That, that is priceless.We thought was safer to ship it instead of carrying in the plane, WRONG!!Hope the person who STOLE IT, enjoys it and hopefully karma pays back. Never EVER AGAIN using this store or UPS. FedEx, DHL and even USPS are our options from now on.
