Very very frustrated with this UPS store. Been going for years and have a box at store…. Allows for packages to be delivered and we are notified of arrival and pickup almost daily. Mid year, this franchise now will charge for ANY packages over 15 deliveries per month and if packages aren’t picked up same day.additional charges could occur. This was never mentioned on our yearly renewal and whether or not it’s in the fine print, was never “enforced” for years. New ownership or mgmt just decided to enforce.??? Might have been better upon yearly sign up to tell users of new policy, especially since we are hearing they will not refund pro rated if we now cancel (at $600 a year??)…. So screw the customer I guess…. Sad to see this location take a major turn for the worse. UPS corporate should look into…. This is just wrong to not say anything at yearly signup, take $600.00 for year and then implement policy never before mentioned or enforced.

I came here to drop off a return box from Amazon, the employee told me this return doesn’t need a box, I told him just throw it away. He said no you have to take it with you, on the way out I found a trashcan by the door, I just put it there, he started yelling and calling to get it out from the trashcan and take it with me. I just ignored him and walked out.
He wasn’t respectful or professional at all, I won’t use this UPS store at all, the UPS head office needs to see the store because there is a lot of customers giving only one star, we can see that the store has only 3.2 rating of five stars

I got scammed here on scanning services. They made a mistake and made me pay for it!!! One of their employee is absolutely useless and rude (curly hair guy)

Do not use this store!! I had 2 small light weight boxes delivered to the store and when I went to pick them up less than 2 hours when they got there, the store charged me $50.00 to get them. I could not believe it. I wrote a complaint to UPS and will continue to seek getting a refund. In the past my company has used this store for everything. After getting ripped off this badly we will not be. Horrible.....

Go there 7 minutes after they closed at 6:30. Associates wouldn’t let me drop off a package that was already labeled ready to go. They just stared at me laughing through the window like a bunch of morons. What can brown do for you? Not much especially at this location.

After 20 years of having two mailboxes here. I had forgotten my key. I had my ID a text message that I had a package and I was told that they would charge me $10 for a new key to get my mail out of my mailbox. What a shame that the service has gone such downhill. I’m very sad. This used to be a wonderful place.

People who work here are totally useless. They said they can’t package or ship computer monitors. The UPS website has a whole section dedicated to speciality shipping materials specifically for computer monitors.

The initial individual at the desk was kind and helpful. However, when I voiced concerns my address being entered into the computer, I expressed reservations because I am weary of private or public companies' abilities to safely store my most important information.When the first individual went to get help, the manager i guess came out and with a tone of authority started in on me. The manager stated the fact that UPS is a private company and some junk. I understood what he was saying. I then asked if USPS requires my personal information. He stated and I quote, "I do not care about the USPS, do you want to business with us or not?"I do not know why this employee was rude. If this is the way your managers treat people, by bullying them, then I will never use your services again.
