Before availing their service- think again i beg you!I tried to explain that my gas tank cover wasn't check and when i put gas the cover fell and was charged to us- bluntly they put in the investigation it was forced!- it never was; it wasn't checked at all!Advised nicely by the other team members to speak to the MAN-ager SID for a solution-driven advise possibly for future referrals???but the manager was with flat affect-would never listen for any consideration if you happen to be an added driver under the renter's name when in fact i was the driver who used the car.Consciousness?Quality service?If this is how business is run,I pray for change of heart to whom it may concern.May good karma be unto the good people/ business owners!

Had a great experience, was surprised to be able to rent a Mercedes C 300. Was glad the rental agent recommended I get the insurance as I had a slight issue which the insurance covered. The staff was very professional during the incident.Will be coming back to rent from them in the near future.

I strongly advise against this car rental agency. There are cheaper and more conscientious agencies elsewhere.I've never met such an unethical person, the manager (Sid) of this agency only wants to make money.Several scams, like charging us extra miles for a minivan. We were entitled to 250 miles per day with this vehicle, but the manager put 150 miles in the contract, a difference of $140 on our total sum.The most memorable experience was the rental of this flawed minivan, which could have cost the lives of its passengers. This very dear manager (Sid) wanted us to pay for damage we hadn't caused (no accidents, no collisions). Originally a problem, it got worse with wear and tear. We called several times to report the problem, but no solution was found. We asked to stop at a garage, but the answer was no. We spent 5 days on board this vehicle, which would take us off the road and give us enormous lurches, causing us to drift onto other road users. Luckily, no accidents occurred, but the seriousness of the situation was no less. The funniest thing of all was the arrangement Sid proposed when I refused to pay for the damage until he could provide me with valid proof that the vehicle was in good condition before the rental. And as if by magic the arrangement fell through for the vehicle we were to rent afterwards, he would take over the damage charges at his expense if we took out his CDW insurance whereas I hold my own CDW insurance which has accompanied me throughout my trip.And the list goes on, if we had detailed each of our contracts, we wouldn't be at the end of our rope. Maybe it's time to realize that customers are human beings, not wallets. Sid is a liar who swindles people without scruples, giving more when it's foreign girls (much easier to fool according to him). It’s a shame.I'd still like to thank his employees for the patience and respect they showed us. An agency that could run if the manager wasn't such a crook.Thanks to Javier and Robert for their kindness. Employees who deserve a better boss.

Sid is one of the best manager that i've experienced , he is very professional, friendly, with greate customer service. If you need to rent a car on OC, Ontario, or san diego highly recommend United Auto .

Very Dissappointing. Rip off crooks!! If they want to have the reputation of being just this then do nothing about my transaction. If you are willing to make it right, then I will revise this post, but I feel ripped off and have no problem sharing my word with every social media outlet I know of. Being a marketing executive, I can do some damage. PEOPLE BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THEM. Unless you want to have money taken out of your bank account whenever ...they will charge you all sorts or erroneous charges taxes etc after you return your vehicle. And if you dont get a full detail with every speck of link vacuumed up before you return it, they will charge you a 200 cleaning fee. Businesses like this wont last very long. They are so focused on taking all they can out of a transaction, that they can care less about a client for life philosophy. I qwas charged a 200 "cleaning fee" because they said the car was excessively dirty. When i spent 5 minutes when I returned the car to wipe out the car as a courtesy to them. Who does that?? No one but I did. They still charged me $$ just because they have your card information and the power of the pen, and sadly they will take your money. Keep in mind, when you rent a car there will be some remnants of the outside find it way into a car. That's standard. Was it clear that I needed to get a carwash before I left the parking lot? No? Was it clear that there was going to be a cleaning fee if I didnt return the car the way I took it out? No. If they can go charge people whatever they want whenever they want to , then they should give the customer an opportunity to get the car cleaned themselves. If they say the car is dirty, then they need to show me proof because this is just a scandalous way to make a buck off of people and a dishonest way of conducting business. Also, if you keep the car longer than what your contract is, they will report your car stolen. Come on, everyone keeps the car an extra couple of days. that's why they charge a per diem fee. The list goes on. Keep your reservation with Enterprise, dont waste your time with this place.

Many thanks to Javier and the shuttle driver!! They went above and beyond when my flight was delayed until after-hours. The process was easy and quick. Loved the great perks like an additional driver, unlimited miles, and after hours drop off. I am already booking my next rental!

I rented a Hyundai Elantra for a trip to Vegas this past year. On my return trip back in the middle of the freeway, the back bumper flapped out. They are charging me for the damages in full when there was no collision or accident on my part. For all I knew, this car was defective when I had this rented out and now they want me to pay for the damages. Worst experience at a car rental ever. In addition, the company they go through, Fleet response, uses AFNI to collect their fees which are double the actual price of the damages.

I cannot say enough how wonderful these guys are. I had the most incredible experience with the car I rented and the team! I'd like to give a specific shout out to Rob in particular for always being so helpful, friendly and just an all around good person. Javier was just as wonderful! I'll never use another car rental company again!

Great experience renting here. Super honest after a mileage miscalculation that would have cost me an extra $60 that I wouldn’t have caught myself and they easily could have not said anything. Car was pristine and had zero issues. I also forgot to gas the car up on return and the manager asked me if I wanted to go out gas in it before just charging me the $10 per gallon. Would definitely use them again.

I've started reading online reviews of car rental agencies in advance recently since I've had so many negative experiences with the big guys (Hertz, Alamo, Budge etc.) and franchise locations have inconsistent quality. I was also completely over the upselling, small print, and just general hassle renting a car has come to be. For all these reasons, United Auto Rental was an awesome experience. This car rental office is truly a gem... So easy, so pleasant, and quick in/out the door. And such a good value when compared to other larger rental companies. Easy pickup and drop-off at the airport and a quality, clean car with low mileage. I wish I could rent from these guys everywhere I travel and certainly will again if I find myself back in their area.

Confirmed a rental online with my drivers license info. Took a Lyft to the location provided only to be told I wouldn't be allowed to rent a car because the address on my ID is Diamond Bar (my old home) and not Orange County if using a debit card. I asked if I could use a credit card to avoid the address hiccup, and they said it's a $350 deposit on top of the rental price which was just $50 for one day use. Absolutely ridiculous, don't waste your time.

The car they gave to me to drive was nasty. Apparently, it’s all they had. I asked. Every time I went to get it from the hotel valet, I was very embarrassed by the crappie car I was driving. And then almost a year later, they hit my credit card for $25 for a $1.20 toll… for one of those tolls you never knew was there. They didn’t pay the toll, though. I still had to. If I could have given this company a 0, I would have.
